This large, peaceful home in Cape Neddick has enough room for the whole family and is only three minutes from Marginal Way! Despite being so close to town, you'll find yourself nestled away against a classic Maine woodland for plenty of comfort and privacy. Gather in the open full kitchen to cook a wonderful meal, or enjoy your favorite novel and some vitamin D in the sunroom. The kids will find all the yard space and nature they'll need to have all the adventure they desire in the backyard. Rinse off after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower, then gather around the firepit to warm up. Take the provided tennis rackets to a nearby court to have a friendly game together. When you return, relax on the deck off the kitchen or gather in the spacious living room and bask in the warmth of the fireplace there.

The center of Ogunquit is less than a mile from your front door and is home to all kinds of shops, top-rated local restaurants known for delicious cuisine, and the long white-sand beach of Ogunquit. A quick 2.6-mile drive south will take golfers to Cape Neddick Country Club where they can spend all day on the greens. Another 3.5 miles or so will bring you to the center of Cape Neddick which has loads of exciting attractions to explore. Take the kids to York's Wild Kingdom zoo and amusement park, sunbathe and swim at Long Sands Beach, or take stunning photos at Nubble Lighthouse.

This is a great house! Very spacious with so many nice touches. The exterior was amazing! Loved all the sitting/gathering areas. If only there was a third full bathroom to help shorten the showering time every morning, but no worries we managed and enjoyed every moment we were there.

Great home and location

We loved the home and really enjoyed our stay. The location was great and you could walk down to the beach if you wanted. It was far enough away to be quiet and peaceful, but a short drive or walk to town or the beach. We would stay here again and wished we had more days this time.

Unlocking the door to this beautiful home, opened the perfect setting for our annual Mother/Daughter Reunion. We were so pleased with the spacious accommodations with its charming appointments. From the open kitchen to charming bedrooms, all our needs were not only met, but surpassed. The outside area was exquisite. We loved our deck time and took in the beauty of the manicured grounds. Location, location, location… this home has it all! Highly recommended!!

Perfect family holiday

We celebrated Thanksgiving with our family and found a wonderful home with everything we needed to make this a memorable time together. Particularly liked the multiple room options for us to either gather together to play games or curl up alone with a good book.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, it’s very close to town with lots of amenities, including access to tennis and Pickleball courts next door. Ogunquit is a charming town and we enjoyed all of it! We hope to come back soon!

Best rental home that I have ever stayed in.

The Stone Creek property was exceptional in every way. Remarkable house design. Lots of divided space for privacy if you are a family or a group. We were a family of 5 adults and each of us found spaces for quiet time, reading, etc. Very tastefully decorated with local art objects.
