The layout of this home offers perfect spaces to enjoy each other's company, and serene spaces to enjoy your summer reading. Entering through the sprawling screen porch, you're greeted into the home by a charming living room with plenty of seating and ample windows, allowing for wonderful natural light. The eat-in kitchen features a center island, high-end appliances, and an adjacent dining area. Moving through the kitchen into the mudroom area and half bath, you are led to the bonus room in the lower level. This is a great space for game night! Completing the first level is the primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second level is host to 4 additional bedrooms and 2 full baths. The beds are all adorned with handmade quilts giving each room its own identity and lovely warmth. The rear yard features beautiful natural rock outcroppings with a barbeque and seating area to simply sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
Additional amenities include: central air throughout, beach buggy and beach chairs - bring your own beach towels!
