Inside, the home features an open and inviting layout designed for easy living. The fully stocked kitchen makes it simple to prepare meals, while the dining area creates the perfect space to gather, unwind, and share time together after a day in the sun.



Sleeping arrangements are designed for comfort:

- Primary bedroom with queen bed

- Second bedroom with queen bed

- Third bedroom with two twin beds



Head upstairs to the balcony where you can enjoy views of the canal just across the street. Keep an eye out, it’s not uncommon to spot manatees slowly cruising through the water, making for a uniquely relaxing and memorable experience right from the property. Out back, your private yard gives you even more space to enjoy the Florida sunshine in peace.



One of the best parts of this home is the location. You’re just a quick 5-minute walk to beach access, making it easy to come and go for sunrise walks, surf sessions, or full beach days. You’re also just minutes from the heart of downtown, where you’ll find local restaurants, shops, and everything Cocoa Beach is known for.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

The canal setting adds a peaceful waterfront vibe that makes it feel like a true escape while still being close to everything.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and convenient. Most guests choose to drive, with quick access to the beach and downtown just minutes away. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and biking is a great option for exploring nearby areas. Parking is available at the property, making it simple to come and go as you please.

To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essential items for your arrival, including:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: laundry detergent is not provided)

- Dishwasher tabs

Starter supplies are intended to get you through the beginning of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.



Please note the following:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- While we love all furry friends, only dogs are permitted at this property. A $100 pet fee per dog, per stay, applies.
