Beautiful landscape and views of the property and mountains. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving in the home. Perfect space and views to welcome in the holiday season. It was extremely cold so the gas logs provided a great amount of heat.Only feedback is to notate that the coffee maker is a Keurig and that there is no other form of a coffee maker.

Amazing cabin with private waterfall, no AC

This cabin is in a great location and has a private waterfall on property, beautiful landscaping, multiple fire pits, but no AC! The listing says "partial AC" but there was one small window unit for the entire cabin which was ineffective. We turned all of the fans on but it was quite warm in the house. Paying this price for a cabin to have no effective AC is ridiculous. However, we really enjoyed our time outside on the property with the beautiful waterfall.

Beautiful waterfall property but no AC

This cabin is in a great location and has a private waterfall on property, beautiful landscaping, multiple fire pits, but no AC! The listing says "partial AC" but there was one small window unit for the entire cabin which was ineffective. We turned all of the fans on but it was quite warm in the house. Paying this price for a cabin to have no effective AC is ridiculous. We also had to reach out to the agent to get a code to enter the house since none was sent to us in advance of our arrival. However, we really enjoyed our time outside on the property with the beautiful waterfall.

Hi Kristin, thank you for staying with us and for sharing your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful location, private waterfall, and the outdoor amenities like the fire pits. We're sorry for the inconvenience with the air conditioning. Misty Falls Hideaway is set in a naturally cool, high-elevation mountain cove just steps from a flowing waterfall. That said, window AC units have now been added in key areas throughout the home to enhance guest comfort. We’d love the chance to welcome you back for a more comfortable stay!
