The Space:

Set back and secluded, this wonderful mountain home is waiting for your next peaceful getaway to the trees and fresh air of Cullowhee. There is no better place to recharge and take a break, as the picturesque mountain views from the furnished deck are just the thing to allow each guest to slip right into relaxation. Bring the whole family along, including the dog, as there is something for everyone to enjoy. The chef of the group can hop into the full kitchen and show off some of their best recipes with ease while still being a part of all the action in the open living area. The kids will love the detached game room complete with ping-pong, foosball, and pool tables. When the sun starts to dip below the trees, everyone can gather around the fire pit and tell old stories as the stars come out.



What's nearby:

Though you won't want to leave this private oasis, venturing out to town is a short five-mile drive to stock up on groceries or meander along the charming streets of Cullowhee. Home to Western Carolina University and many local restaurants and breweries, spending a day in town can be a great time for all to enjoy. Head five miles farther and you will find the town of Sylva offering more shopping and hiking at Pinnacle Park!

Beautiful view in Cullowhee! Love the porch! Great house, beds comfy, cool game room! Need an updated fan in game room. Only had a small coffee pot. Talked with cleaner about fan and coffee pot she said she would let manager know. She was also lovely!

Perfect getaway!

Visited our daughter at WCU.

The home was very accommodating and an easy drive from WCU. We are so thankful to find a home that allows us to bring our dog. Our teenage son loved the game room too.

Great house and location

Loved the location. House was beautiful and game room a hit with the kids. Bath mats had not been cleaned from previous rental and main level bathroom needs window covering Overall we loved the house and would rent again

Weekend visit

We came to see our daughter who goes to WCU. She and her roommate stayed with us. It was good for them to get away from the dorm and eat some home Cooked meals. We hiked and took in the various sites. The house is perfect for our family.

Family gatherings

We live locally and rented Angel View for sons and wives to stay there instead of crowding our home. It worked out perfectly! It also allowed the daughter in laws to cook most meals there and that made me happy!

Peaceful Hidden Gem

Angel View is by far one of the best vacation rentals that we have stayed at. The house and landscaping are immaculate. All rooms of the house are spacious and the furnishings are well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with essential cooking items. Our favorite area to stay on was the porch area to listen to the stream nearby and to watch the hummingbirds feed. We definitely will plan a return trip to Angel View!

The house served us well. It was clean and a good location. The only draw back was that it was 55 degrees when we checked in and it took awhile for house to warm up. I would suggest cleaning crew turn up heat in winter months for incoming guests.

Loved the house

I would buy this house if the roads were a little better and roads were wider. This home is a dream come true and the view from the rocking chair on the front porch looking at the mountains was sincerely supreme. The house was the first VACASA house we were that had everything we need from towels pots and pans down to diswashing and dishwaser liquid. This house even had a game road. It is truly amazing and a great bang for your buck. So amazing.
