Located on the outskirts of Candler, this home provides guests with the ultimate vacation rental for a truly memorable stay. Spend the evening chatting around the gas fire table in the backyard or grilling tasty patties and veggies on the gas grill. And the backyard is fully fenced, so the family dog can wander at will. When the temperature drops, head back inside to warm up and play some of the provided board games or watch a favorite movie on the TV. Feeling hungry or in need of a snack for movie night? The well-equipped, full kitchen has your back! It comes with all major appliances plus all the cookware needed to whip up the most delicious and memorable meals and snacks. Coffee enthusiasts will be happy to know there is not one, but two coffee makers (standard and K-cup styles). This retreat is also ideal for those who still need to work from home even while on vacation. The secluded office-like nook with a desk, a desk chair, and free high-speed WiFi offer the perfect option.

This home does not have AC.

This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom.

The window AC units are removed during the winter months.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.

All properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
