About this property

Spacious 5 BR 2 Bath in Boyne city w/ Hot Tub! and A/C

You will be close to everything Northern Michigan has to offer when you stay at this house. It is actually downtown Boyne city. It is less than a mile to the business district. Also only a short 10 min drive to Boyne mountain. The house was our private home for the last 3 years. We are excited to now offer it as a vacation rental for the 2026 summer season. You will love this place. It is located on a quiet street and has a huge yard with a Hot Tub, Patio with outside TV, and a Fire Pit. The house also has Central Air and is very comfortable.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Most days in the summer, I have people checking in and checking out the same day. It can be a challenge getting the house ready for the next renter.
Laundry is the hardest thing to complete if you could please gather all used towels, sheets, etc., and place in the laundry room. Please start a load of laundry before leaving. Thank you.

This was a great property! We had 7 adults stay very comfortably. Clean, comfortable beds. Central to everything we wanted to do. We will be back for sure!
