The home is located approximately 0.3 miles from East Bay Beach, 800 feet from the TART trail, nearby shopping and restaurants and only 4 miles from downtown and 2 miles from the airport.
Inside you'll find a comfortable and practical layout with two bedrooms, a full kitchen, air conditioning, two bedrooms, and an office setup.
