We had a 5-day, 4-night stay. The hot water was broken for 4 of those days. The rental company did dispatch repair personnel on 3 separate occasions and actually repaired the water heater for probably 8 hrs where our party of 6 could take a hot shower. Per the rental company reps, “as a gesture of goodwill for our in-convenience”, they offered a total 100 refund for the entire stay. I would not recommend dealing with this rental company for any units.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your stay was impacted by the hot water issues. Our maintenance team responded as quickly as possible, and while the water heater was repaired, the severe weather unfortunately caused it to fail again. We understand how frustrating this was and sincerely apologize that your experience did not meet the standards we strive to provide.

Emil works at St Petersburg Fire Rescue as a firefighter/medic and owns Baltic Remodeling, specializing in remodeling kitchens and bathrooms. Angie has been a licensed realtor and home stager/interior designer for over 15 years. Emil and Angie manage their own vacation rentals in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida and love everything about the vacation rental business.
