The spacious layout, the balcony, the pool, and the beach provide plenty of room for families of all sizes to enjoy a relaxing vacation at the beach in sunny Florida. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, watching the dolphins and manatees swim by. Do not miss the spectacular sunsets on the beach, truly like no other sunset you have seen! Sleeps a maximum of 8. Perfect for families of all ages, our Treasure Island Escape has a spacious layout including three (3) bedrooms, two (2) full baths plus a main floor powder room, open concept main floor living, and newly remodeled and well-stocked kitchen with everything needed for meal prep during your stay. Nobody will ever feel crammed. With free wi-fi and multiple smart televisions throughout the house, everyone can relax with their own entertainment (or stay connected to the office, if you must!).

This place was great! The beach was right across the road. The kids enjoyed the pool and the view from the balcony was great! The condo had everything we needed and more. I had a question when we first arrived and Amy answered right away. We would definitely stay here again!!

Treasure Island Escape

A near perfect place! The space (very cozy), amenities (plentiful) and location (walkable to everything!) exceeded expectations. Grocery store is less than a block away and the longest walk to the beach is actually walking on the beach!I would 100% recommend this property!

Family vacation

Wonderful stay in Treasure Island. Condo is well equipped including beach supplies. Communication was outstanding. Have been coming to the area for several years and this was the best condo we have stayed at.

Treasure Island 2025

We really enjoyed our stay in Treasure Island. The location was fabulous, and the rental was very spacious, quiet area and very walkable. The view was great to capture sunrises and enjoy the deck for meals. The only complaint would be the upstairs is carpeted and smelled musty and really needed a good cleaning. I did not reach out to Amy, the host, only because I didn't see much to be done with the situation. Amy was very quick to respond when I reached out to her and overall, really enjoyed our girls get away to Treasure Island.

Great Unit!

Everything you could want in a rental unit! I could live there year round. Only negative thing I can think of, the pool was cold. Probably wasn’t a heated pool?? Otherwise I would highly recommend.

Family vacay ‘24

Our family enjoyed our stay in Treasure Island. The condo was well stocked with all that we needed. There are numerous restaurants close by and a Publix in walking distance. We hope to return in the future.

Florida Paradise

We absolutely loved our stay in Treasure Island. Amy was a wonderful host and everything was very clean. Beds were comfy and there were so many amenities for a family going on vacation. We were close to shops, restaurants, the pool and beach. We were able to go fishing and enjoyed watching the dolphins while drinking our coffee every morning. We've stayed here once before and will definitely be back again :). We highly recommend vacationing here!!!!!

This property is wonderful! Owner has all the extras you need to make trip perfect. Condo is very nice and well furnished. Owner easy and great to work with. Location is perfect! Cant wait to return next year!

Great access to the beach, beautiful views of the ICW, within walking distance of groceries, restaurants, live music, shelling, and attractions, beach sidewalk is nice added bonus. Clean modern condo with nice layout.

Great Location

This condo is close to everything we needed for a great vacation. The beach is literally across the street and Publix is a half block away. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance so we never had to move the car! The balcony overlooks the bay so we watched dolphins every morning. The pool was nice and we mostly had it to ourselves all week. The downstairs of the unit has been updated and in great condition. The upstairs could use some TLC. Better cleaning and new bed spreads. (There was some mold on master shower tile and under the bath mat. Guest bathroom had hair on floor between baseboard and rugs.) Overall we loved our stay and Amy was quick to respond with questions about the fridge. Would definitely stay again!

Treasure Island Escape Jun'23

We absolutely loved our stay at Treasure Island Escape and with everything Amy has available to guests, it made traveling with kids that much easier. The kitchen was gorgeous and we cooked at least 2 meals a day during our week long stay - Pretty much everything you need she has. For those traveling with a cargo box on top of their SUV/VAN, the parking garage does not have enough clearance for you to pull in - found out the hard way but this was my fault since it was my first time traveling with it but we just parked the van in the guest spot with no issues at all. I will provide a few minor concerns (not enough to prevent me from staying here in the future). -For those with small kids, there is a room upstairs with bunk beds but it's the metal railing kind and the top safety rail that keeps the kid(s) from falling off was a bit loose. I would hand tighten each night but didn't have access to tools to properly tighten it down. -The key for the patio closet door is hanging from the lamp post next to the sliding door. We had searched for 15 minutes trying to figure out how to get into the closet but Amy is very responsive and reached out to me right away. -During low tides along the intercostal, the mud gets exposed where all the roots are and there would occasionally be a strong odor. We noticed it during our swims in the pool too - This was really the only true negative of the experience but it's outside of the properties control so I wouldn't fault them for this.

Great family spot!

Condo was clean and well kept. Place had everything needed for young kids, including some great beach toys! Easy walk to the beach and shops. Definitely plan on coming back!

T.I. Escape

We absolutely loved everything about this property that our family of 6 spent 7 days at! The general location, the “beach decor” of the condo with its well-stocked amenities including every kitchen accessory imaginable, an abundance of beach towels, bedding, bath towels, the beach supply closet, books, games for all ages, even puzzles and a puzzle table! The patio with its inter coastal view of the sunrises, dolphins and Pelicans diving for their meal was phenomenal ❤️. Across the street was the beautiful, white beach and Gulf. We had a perfect sunny weather week in the high 70’s with a warm breeze. Oh- and the nearby restaurants all serve excellent foods and drinks 🍹. You can find anything from pizza to seafood, to Mexican, to seafood, to Italian, to seafood, to all American burger cuisines. And did I mention the fresh seafood entrees available?! I felt so blessed to have located this Treasure Island property on VRBO.

Spring Break

What a nice property. Newly updated and very well stocked. The owner has thought of everything. Appreciated not having to tote all our own beach stuff. She had everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect. Beach and pool just few short steps away. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to returning next year.

Spacious convenient condo!

Love the size of this condo and the location. We have stayed in the building before, and this unit has been really nicely updated. Everything we needed and more was available in the condo. Fingers crossed we will be back!

This property was very clean and organized. It was nice and roomy for everyone to spread out and relax. Appreciate the 2.5 baths. There is nothing negative to say about this property. The parking was handy with a space provided. Would definitely stay again.

Spring Training Getaway

This is our 12th year visiting FL for baseball and the beach and our first visit to Treasure Island. This Treasure Island property is every bit the treasure. A short ride north and south to baseball this unit is located with a porch view of the intracoastal waterway and a short walk to a beach that seems to run forever to the ocean. Walking paths are nearby as well as beach bars. The home offers a peaceful view of sunrise along with regular visits by dolphins each morning. Plenty of room in the well furnished kitchen. The second floor bedrooms offer plenty of closet space and the laundry is conveniently located on this floor. Comfortable, well located and good value.

Our story began with an "arranged" meeting at a restaurant in downtown St Pete 30 years ago, how Apropos! Adventure led us to Pennsylvania, but we continued to visit St Pete over the years, loving the white sandy beaches and community of Treasure Island. Sharing our home with family and friends, and guests from all over the world has been such a joy. We love hearing from people that have stayed with us, and how they love Treasure Island as much as we do. The thought of "filling our Treasure Island Escape" with the laughter and love of so many families brings us joy!

We love the walkability of Treasure Island. My kids are so comfortable walking to get ice cream or to Publix for a quick errand, like you are in a small town community. There are many fabulous restaurants, boutiques, and shops to explore.

We absolutely love being on the Intercoastal waterway, watching the Florida water-wildlife in the morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony. Treasure Island is a walkable get-away, an escape to slow down and enjoy each other's company, play card games, read a good book by the pool and watch the most beautiful sunsets you can imagine!
