No detail has been spared in this gorgeous state of the art 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath first floor unit just steps from the beautiful sugary sands of Indian Shores Beach. With large gourmet Viking kitchen and plenty of windows, this is very light, airy and spacious 1850 sq ft condo. Unit is perfect for 8 but will easily accommodate 10 with pull-out queen sofa sleeper.

Unit is ideally located on the first floor of small 2-unit building (no one below or above, just one neighbor on the north side) within the very popular beach front Chateaux complex in Indian Shores. Chateaux complex is comprised of 2 buildings. Take one flight of steps to and from ground floor, pool, beach and parking.

Switch into vacation mode as you step onto the wood like tile flooring of this charming beach-themed property. This one-of-a-kind upscale property features large Viking gourmet kitchen with gas range/oven, fireplace, modern amenities, coastal accents and lots of windows for plenty of natural light throughout. Lots of special touches abound like stacked stone accent walls, wet bar with beverage center, recessed lighting throughout and under cabinet lighting in kitchen and bar.

Start your day by sipping a warm cup of coffee on your balcony while watching dolphins swim by in the Gulf of Mexico. When you get hungry, walk inside to prepare a hearty breakfast in the modern, fully equipped gourmet stainless steel kitchen, including gas stove, beverage center and large island/dining/breakfast bar.

After breakfast, go downstairs and enjoy a day at the pool and beach. Or, if you prefer, jump on the beach trolley with a stop near the property and explore all that Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach have to offer.

When you’ve had your fill of fun and sun for the day, clean up in one of the 3 bathrooms with spa-like showers. Afterward, sit back, relax, have a cocktail and enjoy one of our spectacular sunsets. Don’t feel like cooking ... enjoy a nice dinner at Salt Rock Grill, play a round of miniature golf at Smuggler’s Cove or head to Caddy’s Pub for some drinks, seafood and live music.

As you wind down for the night, turn on your favorite show on one of the 5 wall-mounted flat-screen smart TV’s. Or, if you prefer, let Alexa play music before slipping into a deep sleep on the well-appointed king size bed to get ready for another day in paradise.

Please note that there will be ongoing construction in the complex through the end of the year. While we do not expect any significant disruptions to your stay, occasional noise or minor inconveniences may occur during daytime hours. Pool may be closed periodically; however, pool access at a neighboring building will be provided during any closure.

The 'Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach' area is one of America's best kept secrets. Fantastic location; a friendly laid back beach community that is minutes to groceries, a wide variety of restaurants, shopping, golfing, boating, sailing, fishing, jet-skiing, biking, every activity imaginable. It is centrally located between St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Tampa. Universal, Disney World, Epcot, Hard Rock Casino and Busch Gardens just a short drive away.

What We Provide:
The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels and beach towels. Sorry, no beach chairs or any other beach “extras” are provided with this rental. However, cabanas are available for rent through Beach Service West, Inc. Additionally, for your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and it is likely you may have to purchase some additional supplies during your stay.

SORRY, NO EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS ARE AVAILABLE AT THIS PROPERTY. We need all the time between check-out at 10 AM and check-in at 4 PM to prepare the property for the next guest. If you would like to arrive early or stay late, you will need to add another day to your reservation.

Air Conditioning in Florida Summers:
In Florida’s summer heat and humidity, AC systems typically cool the indoor space about 15–20°F below the outdoor temperature. On extremely hot days, indoor temperatures may remain in the mid-70s during the day and cool to the low 70s at night. Keeping doors closed—especially the balcony and/patio doors—helps maintain cooler temperatures. The thermostat is set with a minimum of 70°F to prevent the system from freezing and becoming inoperable in extreme heat. This is normal performance for central air systems in our climate and is not a sign of malfunction.
