Best of the Beach!!

Pristine location, high end home in Pass A Grille Beach, three blocks from the Don Cesar resort. 4 levels, elevator , 2 car garage. Brand new construction 4BR 4.5 baths waterfront on bay side with upscale finishes, gorgeous living space, beautiful porches on every level, pool , fenced yard with beautiful landscaping and steps away from the beach. This area of St Pete Beach is historic and very serene—not crowded with spring breakers or rowdy groups. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, you will find fun, active living where tranquility abounds. Wonderful restaurants, water activities, biking and walking options. Or just sit poolside or on the porches and watch the birds! Short two blocks to be on the beach and watch the waves roll in and the spectacular sunsets. Maximum of 6 guests for the entire stay . Smoking and pets are not allowed .
