Although attached, it has it`s own entrance, services, parking, and access to back lawn. Parking behind unit. New mini split heating/ac. Washer/dryer on site.

Two means of egress is provided in the rear of the building and on front. A keypad lock is means of access, with code provided prior to your arrival.

Off Route 2, exit on to Mechanic Street, go 50 yards take right on Hope St. 50 yards to end, take Rt on Main Street aka Route 112. 150 yards, under Bridge, next house on right. Blue House with light colored addition in back. (This is unit). Pull around back, park in separate parking area adjacent to back door with access code lock.
