DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA:

The apartment is located in Kolobrzeg on Gierczaka Street, 800m from the old town. The beach is only 10 minutes away! From there you can easily visit the most famous places in the city, such as the pier, the lighthouse and interesting museums (Museum of Wax Figures, Museum of Amber and many others). You will never be bored here! The property is located in a picturesque part of Kołobrzeg, not far from the Parsęta River and the Wood Canal. The proximity of the riverside boulevard creates an excellent opportunity for climatic walks. Aquapark Milenium with a swimming pool (25 m) and slides is 1 km away, and Marina Solna is 1.7 km away. The Oceanarium in Kolobrzeg is 900 m away, and the Kolobrzeg lighthouse with a viewing platform offering a panoramic view of the town and the sea is 2.3 km away. The surrounding area is well developed, so you will find everything you need close to the apartment. The nearest grocery store (Żabka) is only 24 m from the apartment. In the neighbourhood you can find many shops and services, as well as cafes and restaurants serving delicious dishes. Kołobrzeg offers many attractions! There's also a park just a 10 minute walk from the accommodation. This is the perfect place for a morning jog or an evening stroll in the nature.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:

The apartment has a functional interior and a thoughtful layout with the possibility of accommodating 6 people - great for families! The accommodation consists of a spacious living room, a separate kitchen and two bedrooms. The apartment also has two bathrooms (one with a bath and the other with a toilet) - this guarantees maximum comfort during your stay. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed that converts to double bed. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Even inside the apartment, guests can enjoy the seaside atmosphere by relaxing on the balcony equipped with garden furniture. The living area with sofa, electric fireplace and TV is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with a microwave, kettle and induction hob. There is also a coffee machine and toaster for ultimate convenience. The bathroom also has all the necessary appliances (washing machine, hairdryer). Multimedia includes free Wi-Fi and two flat screen TVs. The apartment is ideal for any type of holiday, especially if you appreciate comfort and beautiful décor. A complimentary set of toiletries, towels and bed linen is provided for a good start to each stay.
