Born & Raised in the Montrose area and wouldn't change a thing. We love where we live & have watched our community grow to a great town with so much to offer. Hiking, fishing, skiing or just enjoying the shops on Main St. Some of the best fly fishing around is just minutes from our yurt.
Why they chose this property
No better place for views of the San Juan Mountains and Black Canyon. In 2023 we built our forever home on Bostwick Park surrounded by farms & ranches. We enjoy the abundant wildlife year round and never tire spotting animals.
What makes this property unique
The location of course! Just 5 minutes to the entrance of the majestic Black Canyon National monument. Also 15 minutes to Montrose which has great restaurants, shopping and daily activities. Our yurt offers comfortable accommodations for guests after a day of sight seeing in Telluride, hiking in the Black Canyon or fishing Blue Mesa lake. So many things to do & see!
