We were very comfortable and happy with our stay in Montrose while we explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison Nat'l Park. Clean and specious, with a well equipped kitchen too. We were able to easily cook a few meals. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, and a good washer and dryer with laundry soap supplied. Great place to stay!

This is our second time staying at this house. We love the setup, it’s clean, in a nice neighborhood and close to the Black Canyon park, close to the cute downtown on Montrose and close to a grocery store.

We had a wonderful visit in Montrose. This VRBO home was perfect in every way. It was clean, comfortable and it was well appointed.Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need to cook meals. There was a coffee maker and a Keurig. Having laundry was very helpful. We really enjoyed the back deck and yard area. Lots of extra bedding, pillows etc. It was nicely decorated too. We really felt like we were at home.We look forward to coming back and staying longer.Ana was very helpful when we had questions. and is quick to answer questions.

Perfect stay!

This host truly has thought of everything! The home is absolutely bright and welcoming, and the host was incredibly attentive to all our needs. We especially loved the backyard, a fantastic space perfect for relaxing and spending time with friends. Plus, the rooms were great, with comfortable linens and plenty of pillows for a good night's sleep! Perfect stay!

Comfortable, well equipped home base

You will not be disappointed when you stay here. The owner has thought of every possible need for your stay. The kitchen is the most well equipped we have ever stayed in. We loved this house! Everything was spotless and new or seemed like new, from the towels to the pots and pans. The owners have thought of every single detail. There were tons of towels, the kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook and eat (and as a large family, we appreciated that there were plenty of dishes/silverware/glasses). There’s even laundry detergent for washing clothes, as well as full-size toiletries for use in the showers. The backyard is really nice. It backs up to a little neighborhood green space, so it’s very quiet. Don’t miss the little corner of the yard with the red Adirondack chairs and table - I read a book and drank my coffee one morning back there, so peaceful! We’ve stayed in many rentals across the US and Europe, and I can only think of one other rental that had as much detail and care shown as this one. Montrose is a nice little town, and the house is convenient to groceries, restaurants, and the Park. 10/10 I wish we’d had more days here!

Wonderful location, beautiful house!

The house is absolutely immaculate and complete with very thoughtful touches. There was fans in every room which we used for white noise for our infant, bathrooms were gorgeous with luxury towels, and the backyard was a dream, with just enough shade to enjoy in the evenings. Ana was quick with communications and flexible to our changing plans. If we visit the area again we would absolutely want to stay in this property. It's close enough to downtown but backs up to a park, which we used with our kids. It's about 25 minutes to the entrance to the National Park.

This home was lovely and perfectly suited our needs. It was by far the cleanest, and best stocked with amenities, Vrbo I have ever stayed in. It was very comfortable and welcoming to return to after a day filled of activities. I will point out that the bunk bed is really intended for two younger children, not teen/young adult men. Our stay was great and will likely return sometime!

The house was very clean and comfortable with central A/C that kept all the rooms nice and cool. Very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had plush towels and strong water flow for the showers and baths. We appreciated that air fresheners and other scents were not used as we are highly sensitive to scents. The kitchen has a large refrigerator and freezer and all the amenities needed to prepare meals. We would highly recommend this house.

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The house was super clean, beds were comfy, and it has everything a family would need- all the amenities and it was nice we were able to park in the garage. The weather was in the mid 90s and the air conditioning worked superb! It is in a location that is convenient to head out to the National park. The host was easy to get a hold of and very kind! If we ever get back out this way- we will totally be staying here again!! Thank you!
