Great location. Comfy and affordable compared to the high priced “budget” hotel options in Montrose. Only complaint is the lack of water pressure in shower, really bad, but think it’s an easy fix since pressure is good at kitchen sink. Would stay again.

Some cobwebs in the corners and some hair left in the shower dead cricket under the sink. So I hope my 70.00 cleaning fee goes to help clean for the next guest.First time doing Vrbo.

The home was very clean, had everything that was needed and more. It was in a safe and quiet area of town. Close to the downtown and shopping areas. Montrose is a beautiful little city and has several great museums, restaurants, as well as fun places for shopping. The visitor center is conveniently located in downtown Montrose and friendly people are there to answer questions and give you tips on where to enjoy the outdoors. An easy day trip to Telluride, Grand Junction, and is Close to a State Park and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, and the Grand Mesa. Also, very close to Palisade where their most wonderful fruit crops are available for sale. I had a wonderful stay. We needed to get in touch with the host for a minor issue and he called us back very quickly, and everything was resolved in a heartbeat. It was a great experience. We will be back.

Cute place, small bit that’s what I wanted. Could have been a bit cleaner. Shower pressure is lower than what I’m used to. All in all, I’d stay there again. Great parking, tv was easy to use and bed was comfy
