This house was awesome for our stay. We have multiple events between Montrose and Grand junction and a really busy hectic weekend. Coming into a beautiful, clean, well appointed house was a breath of fresh air! We will definitely stay here again if we are needing a Montrose overnight!!! Worth every penny

This is one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in. Clean and thoughtfully appointed. Perfect place to be able to host a Christmas celebration for elderly parents who live in Montrose.

One of the nicest homes we have stayed at via VRBO. The home is brand new and has all the amenities one could hope for being away from home. Loved the comfortable seating in living area to watch TV. Comfortable bed in master! Would definitely stay here again.

Great property! It was a perfect location for our base camp to visit Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Telluride, Ouray and Silverton. The house is BRAND NEW build and well appointed with all you will need. Highly recommended if you can get it!

The house and property were great. BUT... Owner said that a wash cloth and blanket went missing. It would be odd to take a used washcloth and blanket. Gross. Also said that the blinds were broken, but that he could fix them. Blinds were not working correctly when my crew arrived there. Be leery of this one! Make sure you make notes of ANYTHING that is not working and report it to the owner once you get there so that you do not incur additional charges. Seems like he's looking to nickel and dime people.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm glad to hear that your construction crew found the house and property great. I always want my guests to have an amazing stay, which is why the house is thoroughly inspected and meticulously cleaned after every guest's stay. Before your crew stayed there, all linens, including all washcloths and blankets, were accounted for. After your crew left, there was a orange washcloth and a blanket missing. I contacted you to see if your crew had accidently packed them with their belongings. After not receiving a response from you after 3 days, you were charged the replacement fee for those items. After your crew left, the cleaner noticed that the blinds weren't in working order, but they were fixable and didn't need to be replaced, so you weren't charged for them.

Only two negatives from the property. The listing never talked about being minutes away from the airport and the noise that comes with it. Also the BBQ was knocked over and looked in bad shape. We were in town for a wedding and naturally had clothes that had to be ironed after being packed in a suitcase. There was a steam/wand? Which didn't work and so we asked the agent for an ironing board and iron. She did bring one but the ironing board was small & short- so not really useful for pants and dresses. It seemed also like we were asking for something that in our opinion should be in a house.Now as far as the house, the rooms, the kitchen, the baths, etc., it was a very nice house and very comfortable. It had all the extras in the kitchen that were needed and it was very clean, plenty of towels, etc.

We do highlight our location as being "minutes from the Montrose Regional Airport" in our listing description as a major convenience for our guests. Because the home is well-insulated, noise is rarely an issue, but we are sorry to hear it impacted your stay. Thank you also for alerting us to the BBQ. Our area has been having some wind storms lately, and we have sent our team to check it out and make sure it is in great shape for future guests. Regarding the iron, our listed amenities have never inlcuded an iron/ironing board, but we do provide a high-quality garment steamer. When you and your guests requested an iron and board, our property manager did her absolute best to drop everything and deliver one to you right away so you could prepare for the wedding. We apologize that the last-minute accommodation wasn't ideal for your needs, but we always strive to fulfill last-minute requests whenever humanly possible.
