Beautiful views. My dog loved walking to the park to see the sea lions, seals & birds. My adult son is a swimmer and enjoyed swimming in the cove. The garage is huge. There is nice access to the street behind the house. Kitchen is great.

The house was great and NXT was a wonderful host. The house is walking distance to The Village. Such a great location. I would absolutely rent this house again. Thank you.

20 out of 10! This house is absolutely fabulous. The location is A. The home is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. With five bedrooms, there is plenty of room for multiple people without ever feeling crowded. The beds are comfortable, the garage is huge, and the main gathering room is gorgeous with its size and beautiful view. Perfect house for large families or many friends! We did have a few issues while we were there but the management team was super fast to respond and took care of the issues immediately. The only thing that would make this already amazing house even better would be a TV in the main gathering room. There is a TV in a smaller sitting room, but that isn’t the same as being able to gather in that large, room with the view. After a long day or a wonderful dinner, it would be so nice to settle in together and have a game on in the background. I understand that vacation is about getting away from things like TV, but honestly, I could easily stay here for a couple of weeks and not having a TV in that room is a detourant.
