We live out in a rural neighborhood, our home operates a bit differently than a city house. We use private well water and a sensitive septic system.
Bathroom- Please only flush toilet paper. Even "flushable wipes", paper towels, and hygiene products will clog our system.
Drains-Please scrape food in the trash. Or drains cannot handle grease or excessive food. Water- Please use consciously and space out usage.

This house rental was very lovely. It is a relatively new house in excellent condition with nice details such as a fully equipped kitchen and super comfortable beds. The home is very spacious with a roomy upstairs and a full downstairs that could almost double as a separate apartment in that it has a basic kitchen ,refrigerator and full bath. There are many comfortable chairs and couches to relax in. It is a very quiet neighborhood with no road noise and lovely views of the ocean. Located halfway between Gualla and point Arena staying here gives you access to numerous beaches and excellent hiking trails. Communication with the host went smoothly and they were very helpful in providing additional resources for places to go and things to see. In addition to a lovely comfortable interior, the home has very nice landscaping surrounding it. I would highly recommend this listing if you are looking for a spacious comfortable nature retreat on the coast.
