ロマンチックで壮大なオーシャンフロントのバケーションホームフェニックスネストは、海に浮かぶ2つの森の壮大なエーカーに囲まれています。

新しく改装された2500平方フィートの家は明るく風通しが良く、44フィートのリビングルームには海が見渡せる窓があります。 2つのマスターベッドルームスイートには、卓越した素晴らしい海の眺めもあります。 家は素晴らしいプライバシーを持っています。 潮汐が岩や砂浜を見せてくれるので、波が吹き荒れて音が聞こえて、オスプレーやガラガラが飛ぶのを見ることができます。 デッキまたはホットタブから豪華な夕焼けを見てください。

We especially love starting each morning with cup of coffee while listening to the ocean - it was so peaceful and relaxing! It was a perfect birthday getaway. The home was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful stay and can't wait to go back!!

Havens Neck is an amazing way to disconnect and relax next to a picturesque view of the ocean. The house was very clean and Patricia was excellent at making sure we were informed about everything with the check in process and all of the amenities that the house had. The private beach was a great perk although it is a bit tricky to get to it. My wife and I can't wait to visit this sanctuary again and relax in a way that you can't get anywhere else. The area is very quiet and although you have to drive alot to do stuff, the quiet you get at the house makes it well worth it. Mendocino is close by so be sure to check that town out and the korbel champagne cellars are not too far away which is another thing you should definitely check out. This place is amazing and you will not regret disconnecting from reality here.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix Nest. The home is extremely comfy and well-appointed. Stunningly situated above the ocean with fantastic views, the home is private, and you feel as if you are one with the dramatic scenery. Where to begin!! Romantic, mid-century vibe, and only dreamt about Pacific coast views. We had other plans for our coastal CA trip but couldn't leave this home! The views are stunning! The kitchen is stocked for a chef. We even cut rosemary out the kitchen door. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub divine while watching the sunset. If privacy matters, this home is perfect.

The stay was magical. Peaceful days just staring at the Pacific. You can see the ocean from just about every part of the home. It was very comfortable and just made for a gathering place. We were only two and the place still felt cozy. If it is a romantic getaway you are looking for it is perfect. If it is solitude for recharging your batteries, also perfect. A little retreat also perfect. We saw a bald eagle, a whale, dolphin, bunny and a buck while there! Not to mention the tribe of seals in the cove that kept us company! They have everything you would need at your fingertips, not to mention a great library of things to read!! The morning and evening view from the hot tub, magnificent. We didn't want to leave, cooked every meal while there and it was fabulous. If you do venture into town, the services at Healing Arts were amazing, the town is cute, two great grocery stores and for good fish tacos we loved the Shack. I have stayed at over 5 different properties in the area, some in Sea Ranch some closer to town, but this has been my favorite spot by far. Highly Recommend!!!!

July 4 weekend —We had a wonderfully relaxing long weekend. From the moment we walked into the living room and looked out the wall of windows to view the ocean, we knew we were in for a treat. The beach house is very coastal, lovely and comfortable and probably the most well stocked rental we've vacationed. The home is very private as it is tucked away in a cove and we found it was protected from the wind quite well. We started our mornings with a dip in the hot tub and spent most of our time either sitting in the living room looking out the living room window, using the binoculars to spy on the sea lions or on the deck, reading, listening to music with cocktails and appetizers each night & playing games. It was just nice to not do anything obligatory for a few days and this beach house was set up for exactly that! Thank you so much, Pat. You were very pleasant to talk with and your interest in our satisfaction was very evident.We will be back!

Phoenix Nest is a pretty special place. Perfect getaway that sits on a bluff with incredible views and plenty of opportunities to relax, read, play music, enjoy nature, and just be (even in the rain). Well appointed kitchen is really great. Would love to return again. Pat is a very kind and generous host.

Better than the photos! Spectacular ocean views from every window. Comfortable, clean, upscale property situated ocean front surrounded by beautiful gardens. Wildlife abounds. The house is comfortably furnished and has comfortable beds with premium linens. The kitchen is a cooks dream stocked with premium cookware and many small appliances. Owner is generous and available. A rental dream!
