This rustic-style villa is characterized by a spacious plot of 500 m2 and privacy through the fully fenced garden. The maximum accommodation capacity of the villa is six people. The first floor has a bedroom, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room. On the second floor of the villa there are two more bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the terrace on the second floor you can even see the coast, which is 800 meters away from the villa. In the courtyard of the villa there is a beautiful pool of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.7 m, around which there are 6 sun loungers where you can enjoy the summer sun. There is also an outdoor barbecue and an outdoor dining table. Two parking spaces are available inside the spacious courtyard and two more parking spaces are available outside the courtyard. There are several beautiful beaches in Vabriga where you can enjoy all the benefits of the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. The little ones are sure to be thrilled by the many interesting features of the Lanterna Aquapark near the villa. The surrounding villages near Vabriga also offer a variety of interesting activities, such as wine tours, olive oil tours or truffle hunting. Istria is known for its exceptional gastronomic offer, from which world-famous top wines such as Malvasia, Merlot or Teran stand out. The wine in Istria is known for its top quality due to its particularly favorable geographical position and soil quality, known as 'Quattro terre'. This characteristic has enabled the exceptional quality not only of the wine, but also of the extra virgin olive oil, which is considered the number one in Europe. Pore? is also known for the best-preserved Roman road network: a regular orthogonal system divided into two main streets, which in ancient times were called Cardo and Decumanus.
