The charming villa has a large garden, solarium with mini spa, covered parking, barbecue area with grill, Sardinian-style oven and practical outdoor shower.

Tastefully furnished, the villa consists of a br with a double bed (a/c), a single bunk bed and the main br with a double bed (a/c)+ ceiling fan and a private bathroom. Another bathroom with shower and laundry room. Dining room with kitchen. Beach access.
The space
The bright living room has a characteristic circular shape with a sea view, a fireplace, air conditioning, and satellite TV.

From the living room and the fully equipped open kitchen there is access to the incredible covered veranda with chestnut beams. This veranda is enclosed with sliding windows, with 2 tables, a refrigerator, and a sofa.

A staircase leads to a cozy shaded terrace with a table for special dinners and a muni from which there is a beautiful view of the sea and sunset.

From the house a dedicated walkway will take guests to one of the most beautiful beaches, which is about 200 meters away.
Access for guests
Villa Adelida is rented for exclusive use and can be enjoyed in all its parts, both interior and exterior.
The basement is not included and will not be used or rented to others.
Other things to keep in mind
Electricity costs are NOT included and must be paid, cash only, at check-out (0.60 euro per KW/hour).

SHEETS and bedding are not included and cost 15 euros (cash only at check in) per person per week (7 days) as they are provided by a laundry service. Alternatively, you can bring your own.
