Excellent stay! The house had everything we needed and more for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The beds were very comfortable, the pillows were fantastic, and the towels were soft and plentiful. We really appreciated the thoughtful extras, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plenty of coffee supplies—it made our stay even more convenient.We also loved having access to the garage and being able to come and go easily with the garage door opener. Everything was well thought out and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

Welcome to your cozy home in Las Vegas. Please note that parties and events are not allowed at this property, and marijuana use is strictly prohibited. Please treat the home with care and respect.

• No parties or events. No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
• Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay overnight.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM daily.
• Air conditioning: Do not set the temperature below 70°F in summer or above 78°F in winter. Improper use may damage the system and result in repair charges.
• Trash: Please securely tie all garbage bags and place them in the trash bins inside the garage.
• Parking: Park in the garage or driveway only. At checkout, please return the garage remote to its original place next to the TV. Do not block or use neighbors’ parking spaces.
• Linens and towels: Please place used towels in the bathtub. The cleaning team will handle all bed sheets and other linens.
