Welcome Home Travelers! Are you looking for a quiet home base for friends and family after a long day of sightseeing and gaming on the strip? Do you want to lay by your own private pool under palm trees and enjoy cold drinks and snacks just steps away in your own kitchen? Do you need space for a group and want to keep everyone together while on vacation? Or are you a business traveler who needs a corporate rental? Please look no further and consider our home, designed for you, the experienced, discriminating traveler looking for your personal Vegas Oasis!

This one-story home is located about 12 minutes by car from the famous Las Vegas Strip, in a quiet community off of Windmill between Eastern and Pecos. The home has an open, airy floor plan and includes a pool and spa, lots of outdoor seating for relaxing, and televisions in every bedroom and living area.

BEDROOMS: There are three bedrooms downstairs: the master suite with a king bed, bay window overlooking the pool area, and private en suite bathroom with shower, bathtub, two sinks and a walk-in closet; a second bedroom with one queen bed; and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms are across the hall from a separate full bathroom with a shower/bath tub combo, sink and vanity area, and toilet.

BATHROOMS: The home has two full bathrooms. The master suite has a bathroom with shower, separate large bathtub, two sinks and a toilet. The other bathroom is located off the main hallway of the home with a shower/bath tub combo, sink and vanity area, and toilet. Toiletries like hand soap, bath gel, shampoo and toilet paper are provided for guests.

LIVING AREAS & GENERAL LAYOUT: The house has a very open design with the main family room open to the dine-in kitchen and a door leading out from this area to the pool area. Much of the downstairs areas have lovely tile floors keeping it cool in the summertime. There is also a formal living and dining area downstairs at the front of the house.

DINING AREAS: There are three dining areas: The formal dining room has seating for 6; the exterior has a table with umbrella and cushioned chairs for 6; the table in the bay window of the kitchen (looking out to the pool) has seating for 4.

KITCHEN: The kitchen has tile countertops, a double sink, oven, refrigerator with freezer, ice-maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, food processor, hand mixer, blender as well as pots, pans, chef's knives, silverware, plates/dishes, wine glasses, beer glasses, plasticware for the pool area, and much more. Coffee, spices, and other basic cooking supplies are stocked in the home, and food shopping is a breeze with two large, modern Von's & Smith's supermarkets just around the corner from the house on Windmill.

POOL AREA: The family room and kitchen look out onto the sparkling blue pool in a large private back yard. There is a wood pergola with a shaded seating area for relaxing, as well as a patio with a dining table and cushioned chairs for six, loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a large natural gas grill for barbecues with family and friends. The pool and spa are maintained weekly by a professional pool service (as is the landscaping) to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for guests.

LAUNDRY ROOM: As you enter the house from the garage, you will enter the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer. Laundry detergent is provided for guests, as are all cleaning supplies like dishwashing detergent, paper towels, etc.

GARAGE & PARKING: Guests will have access and are encouraged to park in the private garage which is attached to the house. The driveway also offers additional space, and street parking is also allowed directly in front of the home.

NEIGHBORHOOD & STRIP ACCESS: The home is approximately 5-6 miles from both the famous Las Vegas Strip and McCarran International Airport, and is 1.5 miles from the 215 freeway making the home convenient for access all over the Las Vegas area. Shopping is a breeze: As you drive to the strip, you'll pass the Las Vegas Premium Outlets shopping center and then pass the lovely European-style Town Square shopping center - and both are filled with restaurants, too! Even closer to the house - just around the corner - is a modern Von's supermarket with everything you might need from simple snacks or to supplies to cook gourmet meals. In the other direction you'll find a Smith's supermarket and a Walgreen's for any drug store needs. All are open 24 hours. There are also several fast-food places in these shopping centers for meals on the go.

HOUSING COMMUNITY: We respect our neighbors in our delightful, small and very calm subdivision of homes and hope to rent to respectful travelers who understand they will become a temporary part of the neighborhood. This is our home and not a 'PARTY HOUSE.' We hope you will enjoy your stay here as much as we do!

RATES & LENGTH OF STAY: We favor longer rentals and do not rent the home non-stop to help maintain the quality of our home and to respect our neighbors. We prefer a one-week minimum (7 nights) and the weekly rate will apply to stays shorter than one week. We favor smaller groups, so the base rate listed is for up to 4 guests, with an additional fee for 5-6 guests.
