The Space:

Welcome to Split Rock, a spacious coastal retreat designed for relaxing beach vacations and time with family and friends. Named after the distinctive rock at the entrance to the property, this inviting home offers comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests and is just a five minute walk from the private Crescent Beach.

The home features two full bathrooms, one on each floor, along with an additional half bath off the second floor living area and kitchen, providing plenty of space for larger groups. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower before heading inside.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops with seating for three, a gas range, brand new dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, and all the major appliances, cookware, and essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining table seats six, making it easy to gather for family dinners.



The second floor living area is bright and welcoming with natural hardwood floors, comfortable seating, and a large sectional with chaise. Log into your favorite streaming app on the 65-inch Samsung TV featuring surround sound speakers and a soundbar for an enhanced viewing experience.



Step outside to the expansive second story deck, where you'll find seating for eight and a propane grill, perfect for outdoor dining after a day at the beach. The property also offers a spacious backyard, a front yard with a fire pit, and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

Nature lovers will appreciate direct access to miles of scenic walking trails maintained by the Mattapoisett Land Trust, located just behind the home. Whether you're spending your days at the private Crescent Beach, exploring nearby trails, or simply unwinding on the deck, Split Rock offers the perfect setting for a memorable getaway.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. Pets: Damage caused by pets is not covered by the accidental damage waiver.
