Had a wonderful time! Place was relaxing and beautiful, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the landscape and wonderful backyard with desert plants and wildlife.
Hosts and Hostess were great. Hope to return.

Tranquil and cozy in the middle of authentic desert, wonderful place to stay!
Patti and Larry are terrific hosts, very knowledgeable about the desert and surrounding area. We've stayed at lots of places and this guest house felt most like home by far. It was well stocked and the kitchenware was good as was the grill. Wonderful view and tranquility. My 10 year old said it was the best vacation ever and is already making plans to stay again next year. The house is close to stores and parks and trails yet far enough to feel secluded. We could go on and on, there are so many great things about it. Highly recommended! Thank you Patti and Larry.
A perfect casita in the desert
This two bedroom casita was perfect for us. The kitchen had everything in it that we needed including a dishwasher. We also had all the linens we needed plus a washer and drier. The desert landscaping outside of our patio was terrific. We watched the quail every day. There were lots of walking paths outside of the property which gave us opportunities to see a surprising amount of wildlife: bobcats, coyotes, roadrunners, and Javalinas.
Though we were in the desert we were just minutes from several shopping centers and very good restaurants.
Patti, our hostess, was very sweet and accommodating. She made sure that we had everything that we needed right down to bringing the TV guide each week.
This was a most enjoyable month in this desert casita. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's interested in really learning about the desert and enjoying quiet or an occasional choir of coyotes.
The desert landscaping around the building is lovely. Location is great: private, quiet & near excellent restaurants & services. The host was very helpful & interested in our comfort & enjoyment.
Wonderful Casita in Tucson
We just loved this property! I can't say enough how hospitable the owner was. The home was perfect for the two of us. Could sleep 4 though. It was clean and had every amenity that one would need. The backyard and patio were my favorite! Loved waking every morning to the beauty and the birds. Very close to a variety of things to do. We did a day trip every day...whether hiking....a wonderful Desert Museum, shopped in Tubac, jazz festival and many restaurants to try. I'd highly recommend it and love to go back!
We stayed in Patti and Larry's home for 7 nights. It was just great. Very nicely furnished. Kitchen had everything we needed. Very spacious - could have stayed here very comfortably for a long time! You feel like you are in the desert although just a short drive from all the needed amenities. Back yard was just a real treat. Would highly recommend this home to anyone. Thank you!
