We are over the moon that you enjoyed your stay and were able to so quickly find all the wonderful secrets found in St Mary’s County. Although most people know the cottages for the summer water sports you are well on your way to discovering the fantastic adventures available for fall and winter stays.

We are pleased you enjoyed our location and found the house clean and is accommodating. We look forward to your return and are happy to help you find new adventures; they are every where here from fossils hunting on the beach to sunset cruises on the river, or an assortment of festivals.

We never tie of hearing how wonderful the cottage and peaceful neighborhood are. When we first stumbled across Tall Timbers and saw the property we fell in love and never tire of finding ways to mar it even more inviting. We especially enjoy the winters when the trails and parks are almost our own.

Brenda thank you for taking the time to respond. We are delighted that you had a five star experience other than the difficulty finding the driveway in the dark. We appreciated the heads up so we could check it out and did find that a solar lamp needed to be adjusted but we went a head a purchased tall blue lamps to flank the driveway entrance.

We love that the house worked well for you and your loved ones. We also enjoy the quiet walks in this timeless enclave of cottages. We also appreciate your thoughtful comments and heads up while you were there. The coffee grinder and salad spinner has been replaced.

We are not a company, this is our getaway home, so it is always exciting to find good people to share. Amy was a great guest, the kind that makes it fun to open your door to see who the world is introducing is too. We are excited to share the new outside dinning experience with them should they decide to return. We hope so.

We loved having Aida and her family. Great communication and positive feedback. The house keeper was all thumbs up about the condition of the house when she arrived. They though fully sent us notes when they first arrived and as they departed so we knew all was well. It was a true pleasure.

Thanks for taking the time to write. I agree the car is an easy way to the beach and you are able to visit many more areas nearby via car, however I do love the walk along the bulk head. I also agree the house works best for 2-6 people. Two of the bedrooms have identical queen beds, the third bedroom is set up as a den with fold down sofa, and fireplace.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. As you know the winter wonderland in Southern Maryland in Magical as is the Spring when new life emerges. We can offer a great deal for this weekend!

Kenda, we take your comments seriously and are looking for an additional light to hang over the dinning room table. The shower drained quite well once we moved the clear shower mat back from the drain, it was completely covering the drain opening. Located across the street from the Potomac River with an easement that runs across the street and to the bulkhead that runs along the Rivers Edge we understand is not the same as the much more expensive on the beach rentals, but the woodland home has many wonderful features.. We love to launch the kayaks into the water at the marina and paddle around the Great Blue Herons, the deer, terrapins, otters and crabs. On occasion we enjoy watching the sunset while gathering around the fire pit in the yard. We are proud to offer a wonderful, clean, comfortable home with a water view at affordable prices.
