About Jackie or Mark Nolan
This is our family gathering spot which we have recently decided to rent so other family and groups can enjoy it as much as we do. The photo is our daughter with three of our grandchildren skipping stones on the expansive shoreline that is just 80 steps from the cabin.
Why Jackie or Mark Nolan chose Two Harbors
It is beautifully decorated with an 'Up North' theme with knotty pine throughout and furniture to match. It is a great location well off the road, which is unusual for North Shore rentals. It also serves as an excellent place to start exploring the rest of the beautiful trails and parks along the Shore.
What makes this Townhome unique
We love to kayak, and you can launch your kayak right from our bay. However, we do not provide kayaks in the rental.

Another amazing trip
Love love love this lakehome! This was the second year in a row staying up here with family over Thanksgiving and we had a blast yet again. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make a full thanksgiving dinner missing nothing. We also enjoyed the spectacular sunrises and sunsets right over the water from the beautiful private deck. Plenty of seating room for us to play lots of family games and watch the Vikings on TV - will definitely be back and would love to visit in the summer time when we can play in the water :)
Thank you for your nice review. Look forward to your next visit.
Very beautiful house and location. Loved it.
Thank you very much, we loved it. Perfect location for vacation.
great trip and great townhome very cozy!
Great Extended Weekend
What a wonderful location - so close to Lake Superior that were able to enjoy hearing the waves at night. The condo was wonderfully appointed, clean and well maintained. Centrally located to all the State Parks and sites along the north shore.
Exceeded Our Expectations
Our stay here was a wonderful experience. The photos of the home and lake proved to be accurate, although this is a place that you have to see in person to really appreciate. We (6 adults - brothers & sisters + spouses) had plenty of room to gather, enjoy meals together and visit, and the layout of the townhome allowed for privacy and get-away space as well. It was very clean; the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils; linens and towels were plentiful and everything worked according to the clear directions the owners provided. During our 3 day stay, we saw a storm on Lake Superior (pretty spectacular waves!) as well as one perfectly clear and sunny day to watch the ships on the horizon. The owners were helpful and responsive to questions prior to arrival. Because this is a townhome that is part of a cluster of buildings, the first impression you get from the parking lot doesn't reflect what you find inside. It's very private, even when you're sitting on the deck. For our purposes as a base for sightseeing and gathering, this could not have been a better choice.
Thanks for your nice review, Mary, we look forward to your returning.
