The master suite boasts a king-sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a standalone shower and garden tub, while the second bedroom features a cozy queen bed. A sofa sleeper in the living area provides extra sleeping space for friends or family.

Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the balcony with sweeping views, unwind in the swimming pool or hot tub, or fire up a meal in the communal grilling area. With two elevators, convenience is at your fingertips, and the famous Killer Seafood restaurant is just a short stroll away. Non-smoking unit and does not allow pets. All rentals are on a first come, first serve basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.
