The property is nestled between gorgeous beaches, local vineyards, farm stands, and is just a 5-minute scenic drive to historic Newport and all of its famous attractions.
The Farmhouse is on the National Register of Historic Places. This 6,000 square foot structure has six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms (2 rooms with full size beds, 1 bunk room for 6 and 3 of the bedrooms can be set up with either 1 king or 2 twin beds). All bedrooms have bathrooms (1 with a full bath and 5 with showers and 1.5 additional bathrooms on first floor). The Farmhouse is nicely appointed and provides overnight accommodations with a well equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas, 7 decorative fireplaces, 3 common/living rooms and a nicely furnished terrace, for a maximum of 14-16 guests.
