Excellent Spot, Wonderful Stay!

We’ve stayed in different spots along the panhandle for years, but have found our favorite!This unit is a great size -lots of space!- and is very nicely furnished & decorated. Furniture is comfortable. Kids loved that they each had a queen size bed. We didn’t use the provided beach gear but looked like it was in good condition. Appliances are updated. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Included beach chairs are such a bonus…the attendant assigned us a spot for the week, so nice to not fight for space!We were hesitant to be on the second floor because other places we’ve stayed were busier and noisier, but this was great. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening drinks on the balcony and didn’t feel like it was too close to the pool deck or hot tub. And being just one flight up made for quick, easy access to the pool and beach! If our travels bring us back to this area, we’ll definitely return to this spot!

Wonderful Condo

We loved this condo, from the views to easy access to beach, pool, tiki bar, walking distance to my favorite place Gypsea Crepes. Very clean, spacious, clutter free, comfortable beds, and my favorite part the balcony and lounging chairs, I loved them, very comfy and relaxing. We spent time in the balcony every night feeling the cool breeze with the best view of the moon. Enjoyed the beach service and the additional chairs and umbrella provided by the host. Ms. Jeannette was a super host! she responded quick to all of my questions. By far the best condo we’ve stayed in PCB. Definitely coming back! Thank you for having us.

Great Rental

Our week was great! Clean and spacious condo. Owners could be reached, and had to for a minor maintenance issue. Jeanette was a pleasure to work with she handled the issues we had fast. I would definitely stay here again!

Great rental at PCB!

The property was just as advertised. Very clean, roomy and stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the owner was timely and very thorough. It was perfect for our family and we would definitely stay here again!

An amazing unit in the perfect location!

We loved our stay in this unit! It was incredibly clean and spacious. There was a fully-stocked kitchen with nice appliances, big beds in both bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, and amazing views of the beach! The balcony had plenty of seating and a great table where we enjoyed many meals. We loved the ease of accessibility to the pool and beach. Parking was easy and the condo itself was located close to many great restaurants and shops. I can’t say enough great things!

Spring Vacation

We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much that we booked it again for this year ! This unit is so nice and so spacious. We also love this area. Some of our favorite restaurants are close, so that is also a great convenience. Hope to stay here again.

Watercrest wonderful!

The condo was clean, huge, and spacious, as was the balcony with an amazing view of the gulf and great outdoor furniture for everyone. The Kitchen was gorgeous with granite counters, stainless appliances and a large island. The main living space was huge! We had a wonderful time and Jeannette was great to work with. And the beach chaise set was included every day, such a great perk!! I recommend this condo to anyone and give it an A+. We will be back!

Spring get away.

A great location with an incredable view. Easy access to everything. Wish the property would have had gas grills available closer to the building. Host was great and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend this site to everyone.

Perfect vacation spot

This place had the most AMAZING view. My husband and I spent every morning out on the balcony with a cup of coffee and listened to the waves hit the shoreline. Mistakes/accidents happen in life. When we got to the condo after dinner our first night our code would not work. I sent the owner a text and she replied immediately. Even though Jeannette says in her paperwork to call if you need immediate assistance she replied immediately to the text. Then we had a mishap with a beach chair hitting a frame on the wall and the glass shattered. I let Jeannette know immediately and she was very gracious. Our flight got in earlier than expected and we were able to check in earlier than planned/check in time. We would definitely stay here again. Jeannette was very easy and pleasant to work with and the place itself was very nice. It was bigger than just my husband and I needed, but for our first vacation we decided to splurge a little.

I would choose this condo again

The property owner was extremely easy to work with. I had to contact her only once, and she responded immediately and handled my need effectively. The condo is exactly as pictured online. Some things we really liked: it was on the second floor (whereas we’re accustomed to staying on a high floor), but we didn’t have to use the elevator except when unloading upon arrival. Other than that, we always used the stairs which was a time saver. The condo door is right at the top of the steps and easily accessible. The balcony is very spacious and we had a great view of the beach and ocean. The living areas are extremely spacious—-the largest we’ve ever experienced. The only reason we contacted the owner was to make her aware that the Ice maker wasn’t working, and we didn’t want her to think we damaged it. She was aware of it and had already called a repairman, but they hadn’t responded yet. Therefore, she offered to reimburse us if we had to purchase Ice. There were Ice trays in the freezer section, so we did use those with no problem. We also bought a bag of ice from downstairs (which is a large bag, by the way) and it was very inexpensive. It supplied us for the whole week, and still had some when we departed. I would highly recommend this owner and unit.

Beautiful View

The living room was one of the largest I’ve seen at a rental condo. It was clean and comfortable with a breathtaking view. The kitchen was well stocked. A communication with the property owner was responded to quickly. We would love to stay here again.

So relaxing!

I felt so at home as soon as we got there. The condo is so spacious and has the most amazing views! Easy access with elevators and stairs. The owner is amazing and it's the little touches that make a difference.

My husband John and I bought Watercrest 208 in January 2014 with the understanding that we would need to do a full renovation. We purchased Watercrest because wanted a condo in a small condo complex located in the quiet end of the beach on Thomas Drive. The renovation took almost 3 months, but the result was worth the wait. John and I had so much fun working together to plan and
complete the decorating project. We hope that our guests will be pleased the look and feel of the condo!
