Why Jeannette Lougee chose Biltmore Beach

My husband John and I bought Watercrest 208 in January 2014 with the understanding that we would need to do a full renovation. We purchased Watercrest because wanted a condo in a small condo complex located in the quiet end of the beach On Thomas drive. The renovation took almost 3 months, but the result was worth the wait. John and I had so much fun working together to plan and

complete the decorating project. We hope that our guests will be pleased the look and feel of the condo!

Comforts of home but, beach side!

We opened the door to this amazing beach condo and were immediately impressed!!! We knew at this point that we were at our home away from home!!! Beautiful, updated decor made it nice to even be in the unit not just the beach!!! The 2nd floor unit was convenient for walking to the pool or of course taking the elevator! We look forward to our next visit there!!!!!

Excellent place to stay!

Beautiful condo! Loved all the upgrades! Perfect view of the ocean and close to get our stuff down to the beach. Nice pool too. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a really nice condo on the beach!
