This property is great for a small family wanting to enjoy what the glorious beaches here have to offer. Spacious/open layout and completely stocked! The property features two full baths, two spacious bedrooms with king beds, plenty of closet space, all appliances needed including washer/dryer, cable television, internet access, and more! Not to mention, the complex has so much to offer such as two large pools (1 heated), wading pool, tennis, exercise room, outdoor grills, beach access, and much more!
There is an additional $20 charge for all stays in order to gain access to property amenities and parking. This is charged once you check in with the front desk to gain access to amenities and to parking. You will be allotted 2 parking spaces for 1 & 2 bedroom properties, and 3 parking spaces for 3 bedroom properties.
**You MUST be 25 or older with valid ID to rent this property. This person will assume all responsibility during your stay and must remain in the property for the ENTIRE booking.**
**During the months of March & April, all renters will be charged a $400 refundable damage deposit and be required to submit a proper form of identification for EACH member within the group.**
**Extended stays may require a larger deposit or cleaning fee**

By maximizing advertising that goes with having a vacation rental, we post to major sites like VRBO, Facebook, and more! The Regency Towers Resort Condominium is a gated property with 24-hour security, 2 large-sized swimming pools (one heated), a children's pool, a gorgeous hot tub room, beach side boardwalk and sun deck, 2 lighted tennis courts, an area to play basketball, shuffleboard courts, and exercise facilities. There are gas and charcoal grills and picnic tables around the property for your use. This condominium has the location everyone wants as it has 540 feet of private beach so you can walk barefoot to the beach for a swim, eat at the snack shop by the pool, or stroll over to restaurants located directly on the beach. Karaoke entertainment is provided in the summer. Regardless of age, there are lots of activities available directly in front of the condominium, such as beach volleyball, para-sailing, jet skiing, or banana boat rides. Within a mile you can play golf, mini-golf, ride go-carts, or try out the bungee. Other activities in the area include fishing, greyhound dog races, amusement parks, and great shopping.

The Beach was Beautiful!!
The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean and had a perfect view of the miles of white sandy beaches off the balcony-fantastic sunsets!! Comfortable beds, extra linens, plenty of dishes and appliances to make it feel just like home. Loved the fact that we did not have to carry around a key and was able to just input a door code to get into the condo. The beach itself was not a far walk at all- off the elevator, pass the pools and there it was! The property manager, Derrek with Daja View Properties, made sure that we arrived and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed—which we definitely did and had no issues at all!
We went during the heart of spring break and the resort was busy (not crazy) but that was expected. This place is definitely family friendly and I was completely comfortable with my 6 year old playing at the pool and down at the beach collecting sea shells. We spent most of our days at the 2 large pools or down at the beach. The white sand is the softest sand I’ve ever walked on which made for great walks on the beach!! A great feature to this place is the lunch place set in between the 2 pools called Bikini Bob’s. They had daily drink specials and some great quick lunches for some pretty good prices—Nachos for $4 and cheeseburger for $3, can’t beat that! There is a great local place about 1/2 mile walk on the beach called Schooners - highly recommend the Grouper!
The main center elevator was always the one with a long wait (5-7 min) so we figured out pretty quick just go to the east/west elevators! I also highly recommend that you pick up some beach chairs and umbrella from the Dollar General across the street if you are planning on staying on the beach most days so you don’t have to rent anything on the beach. This can cost about $30 a day for the loungers so it’s cheaper to just buy some chairs!
Overall we had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Can’t wait to come back!!

We had a great time! Loved our unit and the property! Definitely could set your self up to stay and not leave the whole week! Tiki bar is great and the beach is just a short walk away!

Wonderful condo and view
The room was great. It was very clean, the view was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was a great size and clean. My only complaint was that the elevator was slow and the other people on the beach would leave their trash on the beach. But the beach itself was nice. We really enjoyed our vacation! Thank you for a great stay!
We appreciate your kind review. The elevators can be slower at times, especially over a holiday weekend no vacancies remain at the complex. It's unfortunate that others do not pick up their trash when an abundance of trash bins line the beach for easy disposal.

Beautiful view in a well-loved condo.
Two adults and four kids had a great time in this rental. The rental service was quite good, the location quite convenient. The condo itself is in need of renovation. It's a flashback to 1985 (which I only faintly remember:). Having said that, we had the ammenities we needed for our stay.
We thank you for your review. We are sorry if, upon booking, the photos did not represent that the condo is a bit dated, but they are updated yearly to reflect the current upgrades. The cleanliness upon departure of the property was below what we expect, but we did not penalize you or your group in hopes that you had a wonderful time while staying with us. Please feel free to contact us directly if there is something we could have done better, or if the photos did not represent how "up-to-date" the property is as we are always looking for ways to improve our company and traveler experiences.
Great location on a quiet part of Panama City Beach.
We were a family including one toddler and this resort was mostly quiet and pleasant even during the heart of spring break. The pools were terrific and warm and the beach is of course beautiful white sand. There is a small, reasonably priced bar/restaurant between the pools that lends to the overall easy going atmosphere of this place. The condo unit itself could do with some modernization (bathroom fixtures are outdated green porcelain), but everything was functional and the balcony opens out to the beach and is spacious enough to sit comfortably.

Sitting directly on the Emerald Coast this property is in a GREAT location! Only a few minutes from St. Andrews Park, great local restaurants and activities, and much more! Shopping, boating, swimming, jogging, etc. Not to mention, the complex offers a variety of amenities such as heated pools, large hot tub, and tennis courts. Located on the east end of Panama City Beach, (Technically Panama City) you have the ease of being able to travel into Panama City within minutes for additional shops and services. The east end is known to be more residential and quieter, but that doesn't mean it's not close to many important things! Grocery stores, general stores, hardware stores, amusement parks, golfing, boating, swimming, hiking, sightseeing, fishing, diving, clothing stores, restaurants and more within minutes! Panama City Beach is one of the premiere vacation spots in the US. Home of the most beautiful white sand beach in the world, PCB is the perfect getaway destination. With dozens of restaurants and bars, and activities ranging from paintball to pinball, every member of the family is certain to have a great time. Don't just make it a vacation, make it an unforgettable getaway!

To be placed as booked on the calendar, a payment in the amount of the damage deposit, as well as the service fee that is charged by VRBO/HomeAway is required. If booking at 30 days or less before the reservation arrival date, the total amount will be due in full. If pets are an option at the property, you must notify us by entering this information within the "Book It Now" request or within your inquiry. If a pet is brought without proper notice, you risk eviction and no refund of any payments made prior. All payments are due within 30 days of the arrival date. You are welcome to pay with credit or debit card and/or by eCheck. Please check with your local banking branch to ensure the limit does not get exceeded when making larger payments. Check-in/out instructions containing the address to the property and keyless entry codes to the property will be sent via email once paid in full and a photo ID is on file with us no earlier than 30 days before your visit.
