Our studio features an all NEW kitchen with modern appliances, including both drip and pod coffee options. Enjoy the ambiance of recessed lighting and brand-new 100% granite counters with a sink and faucet upgrade. The cabinets are all NEW, complemented by a new full-size washer and dryer.
Step into the bathroom with all NEW tub and shower, adorned with NEW ceramic tile walls and cabinets, sink, and faucets. The unit is entirely newly tiled, including the balcony. Sleep soundly on a queen-size bed for two adults and a luxurious wall-hugger futon (valued at $1400) with a 10-inch Tempurpedic-topped mattress, comfortably accommodating two additional guests. The futon doubles as a stylish sofa and is accompanied by two new wall-mounted flat-screen TVs—one in front of the bed for bedside viewing and a second 42-inch TV in front of the sofa/futon.
Both TVs come with DVD players, and FREE internet service is included, making this unit an excellent choice for an affordable vacation.
Sugar Beach, renowned as the friendliest condo on the beach, offers four swimming pools (including one kiddie pool), with one pool heated in the winter. Enjoy new decks with comfortable lounge chairs, beach-side restrooms/showers, and the poolside Sugar Shack Snack Bar. Charcoal BBQs are conveniently available beach-side.
Please note a $35 one-time parking charge for unlimited under-building parking (payable in cash or credit card upon arrival), although it's optional. Keep in mind that the closest free parking is a mile away.
