Location, style and space! - Midcentury Modern Home - Steps from Restaurant Row

A modern design oasis nestled between forests of bamboo and pine yet steps to restaurant row on both Williams and Mississippi. Ample free parking available out front. Completely private detached / entire home. This house has been carefully architected down to the last detail: light filled with over a dozen windows yet all of them private / sky view or bamboo views! completely secluded and spacious and airy with 20 foot ceilings and everything you'd need. Sip coffee on your enclosed bamboo lined patio, walk to Portland's best foodie restaurants and shops! Mere Steps to restaurant row on N Williams and Shaver and bustling bars shops restaurants on Mississippi. Full kitchen, new bath, genuine mid century furniture and (real) art by local artists and a location that can't be beat! You are in for a true Portland experience here! I have lots of tips and recommendations too, but only if you need them: It would be my pleasure to host you! (note, all of the photos of restaurants, shops and bars are all less than 5 min walk away!)

Extra cleaning precautions are being taken during covid and our cleaner has been certified by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. We dont ask our guests to strip beds or laundry, or deal with recycling/trash, we will take care of everything, we just want our guests to enjoy their stay :)

Beautiful space with plenty of privacy. We loved having a bit of outdoor space as well. Easy walk to food etc. We would definitely stay here again!

There were so many shops near by! The hosts even had a binder with whats around the neighborhood and things to do overall in Portland.

Amazing stay

Fantastic little place in an amazing neighborhood! Seriously, the food and activities in the area are great, totally walkable. Parking is super available and easy and the host is amazing! This was a perfect spot for our family of 4 that included 2 teens!

What a great few days in this fantastic home. It is exactly as pictured and was super comfortable. The area could not be better with amazing food within walking distance. Ashley was super supportive with quick responses to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Portland Stay

Great 3-day stay in this very conveniently located property. Convenient to many walking distance eateries and downtown. Ashley was very welcoming and quick to communicate with instructions and suggestions for our stay.

Wonderful stay. Lovely home with every detail attended to. Hosts were attentive and extremely helpful. Very comfort nights rest and delightful neighborhoods to explore just outside the door.

Quick Portland Trip

This place is fantastic. It's so cute, cleverly designed, and well laid out. The host was easy to work with and a good communicator. The space was perfect for our family of four, including two teens. We took advantage of the great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Wonderful place!

This is our second time staying here to ring in the new year and both times have been wonderful! The place is perfect, has a great host, and in the middle of a great neighborhood. We will be back!

I'm a designer here in portland and live with my sweet husband Tom and our boy Felix. Tom and I are originally from Canada and proud to call Portland home. We love making, cooking and enjoying this super fun neighborhood!

Well, it's hard to beat finding your own peaceful little house in the middle of all that Williams and Mississippi have to offer! Portland is just the right size, you're never more than a 5-10 min drive or bike ride from anything! And if you need anything during your stay, Tom and I are just steps away in the big house. We built this one you're looking at less than a year ago, it was a passion project for both of us, and are super excited to share it with people wanting to visit our wonderful city! All the windows have been strategically placed to ensure ultimate privacy with lush views of trees and greenery. There's plenty of free street parking out front also!
