This is a spacious 970 square foot unit is a true one bedroom with king bed in newer building with cherry hardwoods floors, granite counters, and new appliances. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy day with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV , fireplace and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless island for cooking, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk for your computer. This wonderful newer condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with two French doors that lead out onto your own terrace for outside dining.

This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to popular NW 23rd avenue near Thurman with tons of boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known stores, antiques, hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park), parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, European bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Portland. It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District, Willamette River and Downtown also is within walking distance if you are a good walker! The house is located on a quiet dead end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, French bakeries and boutiques begin. Just a block away is a convenient health conscious urban grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. Close to public transit… makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

Super condo in a convenient location

Three of us stayed here for 5 days. What a nice condo! Very enjoyable, and the bed is so comfy! We could walk to breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and the market. We even walked to downtown and the Pearl District from here, but we're walkers. Easy to park. Easy to get on the highways to go out of town.

We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Comfortable, well stocked and great location

We spent Thanksgiving at Becky's place and loved it. Just my husband and I stayed at her place but our family gathered each night at her place to eat and play games. Her kitchen is well stocked with everything one needs to cook a meal and serve it. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom had complimentary lotion, shampoo an soap. Becky had the outdoor patio decorated with lights and garland adding to the festive atmosphere. Her place is close to all the hip restaurants and bars of 23rd street and all the side streets.

Well located

I would stay in the property again. Small details could be improved but overall nice place. We liked the king size bed and the linens were great. Bed is too big for the room so one person has to climb out the end because there is no space. Could use a few salad bowls. Tv was a bit small for the distance to couch. All of these would not stop us from staying here again.

Just a few blocks to Portland Streetcar .....Streetcars run on two lines, the NS Line and the CL Line. The first, the NS Line, is a 4-mile one-way route from Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital at NW 23rd Avenue, on Lovejoy and Northrup, through the Pearl District and on 10th and 11th Avenues to SW Mill and SW Market Streets, Portland State University Urban Center, SW Harrison Street, RiverPlace, OHSU, the Aerial Tram and to a terminus at SW Lowell & Bond at the South Waterfront District. The second, the CL Line, is a 4.65-mile one way route from SW Market along 10th and 11th to the Pearl District, across the Broadway Bridge, along Broadway, Weidler, 7th, MLK and Grand to the Rose Quarter, Lloyd District, Convention Center, Central Eastside and OMSI
