The kitchen is fully stocked with a stainless range for cooking, granite counters, and newer appliances including microwave and dishwasher. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, flat screen TV with Roku, fireplace, and air conditioning for warmer days. The bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan and large closet. The unit has hardwood floors and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. This wonderful newer condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with two French doors that lead out onto your own patio for outside dining and entertaining. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk for your computer.

This unit is located in a prime, highly desirable location close to it all! We're just a few blocks from NW 23rd Avenue (near Thurman) featuring retail boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known, restaurants, bakeries, breweries, coffee shops, antiques, galleries, parks and hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park). It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District (also within walking distance), Willamette River and Downtown.

The unit is located on a quiet dead-end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, eateries and boutiques begin. Close to public transit… makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!
