There is a fully equipped kitchen with stainless island for cooking, microwave and dishwasher. If you are here on business there is wireless internet and a desk for your computer. This wonderful newer condo style apartment has a quaint open floor plan with two French doors that lead out onto your own terrace for outside dining.
This home is located in a prime location just a 5 minute walk to popular NW 23rd avenue near Thurman with tons of boutiques, home design shops both local and well-known stores, antiques, hiking trails (just blocks from Forest Park), parks, galleries, fabulous restaurants whether for happy hour or fine dining, European bakeries, local micro brews and pubs, coffee shops... just about everything for an enjoyable visit to Portland. It is very close to the street car for quick access to the Pearl District, Willamette River and Downtown also is within walking distance if you are a good walker! The house is located on a quiet dead end street with lots of street parking plus a path at end of street for direct access to Thurman where the coffee shops, French bakeries and boutiques begin. Just a block away is a convenient health conscious urban grocery store for everyday necessities and stocked with local fresh produce. Close to public transit… makes this a great place to stay whether for work or fun!

Beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Proximity to Forest Park, restaurants and brewpubs was a plus.
Our place was very comfortable roomy and clean. The bed was super comfy. Overall very lovely and we’d definitely come back.
Good location, great host
My son and I enjoyed our stay here. The place is roomy and very close to coffee, groceries and bike rentals. Becky responded very quickly and positively when I asked if we could stay a little longer before our flight. That made things so much easier on our last day...thank you!!
Beautifully decorated and spacious condo near NW 23rd St
My husband and I enjoyed a very comfortable four night stay. It was a wonderful home away from home. The king size bed is very comfy with top quality linens and comforter. The bathroom had everything we needed with lots of towels and plenty of soaps and shampoos. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and relaxing in the living room with the electric fireplace and cable tv. We were lucky enough to have a sunny spring weekend and sat outside on the patio. The condo is located on a quiet culdesac and we rarely heard any neighbors. We loved the two block walk to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely look forward to staying again when we visit Portland next time.
Modern condo, super walkable location
We lucked out in choosing this Nob Hill condo for our first trip to Portland. The unit is more spacious than the pictures give it credit (including double balconies with French doors), updated and modern, on a quiet, dead end street and SO walkable! Coffee, the good bagels, a grocery, sushi and a breakfast spot are just a few minutes’ walk down the back path and getting to the NW 23rd area (with more shops restaurants, a theater and even larger grocer) is just 10 minutes away by foot.
We did not find noise to be a problem - just the occasional footsteps above us. Shower spray was good and hot, bath products and loads of towels available and the W&D a nice touch. Understanding food items are removed for safety, the kitchen is a bit sparse of the essentials, and some olive oil, Ziploc's, plastic wrap, spices, etc would be a nice touch. But well stocked with the basics, including a drip coffee pot (with filters) and coffee grinder.
Suggestion, a few blanket in the storage cubes in the living room would be great for cuddling up (love the couch).
Becky was wonderful to work with. This condo is "hamburger style" with three unit stacked on top of each other, but there are no shared walls. Note, the only access to the second and third floors are stairs. We had booked the lower level but given it was undergoing maintenance and smelled of paint, Becky called and booked us in the middle unit. We so appreciated that attention to service. Becky runs a professional service. Kudos and thank you for sharing your home with us.
Comfortable condo in a great location!
We loved this vrbo! It had everything we needed and was in a fantastic location. We could walk downtown and to the Pearl district and public transportation was close by. We did not have a car and did not need one.

The first, the NS Line, is a 4-mile one-way route from Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital at NW 23rd Avenue, on Lovejoy and Northrup, through the Pearl District and on 10th and 11th Avenues to SW Mill and SW Market Streets, Portland State University Urban Center, SW Harrison Street, RiverPlace, OHSU, the Aerial Tram and to a terminus at SW Lowell & Bond at the South Waterfront District. The second, the CL Line, is a 4.65-mile one way route from SW Market along 10th and 11th to the Pearl District, across the Broadway Bridge, along Broadway, Weidler, 7th, MLK and Grand to the Rose Quarter, Lloyd District, Convention Center, Central Eastside and OMSI Parking is on the street and we provide a parking pass that allows you to park for an unlimited time at no cost. Cancellation Policy - 100% 30 days notice 50% with 15 days notice. Lodging Tax which requires us to collect lodging tax. We are legal with the City of Portland lodging regulations so guests are guaranteed of their reservations. If you are booking by the month or more than 30 days disregard the occupancy tax that is automated when given a quote.
