About Becky Scharf

A lifelong Oregonian, I know Portland and embrace both its urban and natural assets and beauty… which Northwest Portland offers much of. Being involved in real estate for over 27 years living both in the country and in the city fell in love with Northwest Portland. Several years ago made my home in this fun neighborhood. Beautiful space and great location!

  • 5 of 5

The apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious and in a great location. The amenities that Becky provides and her attention to detail made this one of the best places I have stayed. Everything you needed was provided for including umbrellas for the rainy weather. Parking was not an issue, always finding a spot within a block or two. The neighborhood itself is fun and very walkable with plenty of incredible restaurants, shops and little coffee shops. Make sure you check out St. Jacks if you want great food with excellent service.

We enjoyed the ease of using public transportation throughout our stay and the accessibility to great local shops and eateries. The space was well furnished including a front patio where we enjoyed relaxing.

Loved staying in Becky's condo. It was newly updated, very clean, and cozy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay in this property again and recommend it to anyone else looking fir a nice, quiet, and easy to get to Portland place to stay.

Cozy and convenient!

  • 4 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is a lovely condo and best of all we never had a problem with parking! One thing to note, the king sized bed barely fits in the bedroom so you have to either climb in from the foot of the bed or squeeze in sideways along the wall. Once in the bed however, it is VERY comfortable.

Not the best first impression...but nice

  • 3 of 5

When we arrived to the unit we were surprised to find that it had not been cleaned from the previous occupants - linens on the floor, beds not made, dirty kitchen, etc. We called Becky and she was also very surprised - apparently there had been a miscommunication with the cleaner and a different unit was cleaned instead of ours. Luckily, there was another unit free that night and so we were able to stay there until ours could be cleaned the next day.

Once that situation was resolved, we had quite a nice stay in the condo - very close within walking distance of a great neighborhood for shops and restaurants and street parking was very convenient. The unit itself was nice and had most necessities available. One small complaint is regarding the noise that can be heard from the other surrounding units and outside - very thin walls! Overall a nice unit.

Owner's Response: Thank you for visiting! Our units have wood floors verses wall to wall carpet as feel it is so much cleaner. Noise will carry with wood floors which is why we have several area rugs with pads to help with noise. We also ask our guest to remove their shoes. But from time to time noise will carry but hope guest understand that with wood floors this will happen occasionally but they are assure of clean floors!

We really enjoyed our stay and found Becky to be a wonderful host - highly responsive, helpful and quickly dealt with a small issue with the heating when it arose. Happily recommend!
