MAGNIFICENT OCEAN VIEW Hamilton Cove Condo With Golf Cart Included.

Two (2) bedroom, one bathroom resort style Condo with new patio seating to enjoy MAGNIFICENT Ocean view. Amenities include private beach with BBQ grills near sands. The golf cart comfortably seats four adults (see picture!).

Relax in clean and comfortable condo with equipped kitchen to entertain your guests. Or just take your own GOLF CART into town of AVALON for restaurants, shopping or other fun outdoor activities like jet skiing, kayaking and horseback riding to name a few.

* Due to our HOA policy the driver is required to be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.

Guests can contact owner with any special requests or concerns. Our goal is to provide you a hassle free and fun stay at Hamilton Cove, a resort like get away. Good place to bring a family with playgrounds for children and IDEAL for active professionals who want to play in the sun. By popular demand: Wi-Fi in the unit is now available for those who insist on working while they vacation!

Disclaimer: the condo comfortably sleeps four adults and up to 2 children comfortably. We are willing to accommodate up to six but past guests suggest it's 'quaint' for six adults.

Catalina Island is now in 3rd Level Water Conservation; we ask for our guests to please be mindful of their water use.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great kitchen for cooking. They had lots of appliances and dishes but lacked baking ware and mixing bowls but I made it work. I cooked a rack of ribs on a cupcake pan. And made a salad in an ice bucket. Great view, nice balcony, lovely breezes.

We had an amazing stay with our family of 4. The view of the ocean was absolutely unbelievable, and the condo complex had so many great amenities. I felt safe and secure with my family and especially loved the private beach and pool. The golf cart was also a huge plus and made it easy to get around the island with our family. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay here and truly hope I can come back here again in the future.

Hamilton Cove is a stunning place to stay. Just a 6 minute golf cart ride to town it's worth the extra time to get in and out of town for the views. While the complex could use some updating, the uniqueness of the location and views make it worth it. The check-in and out process was easy, the gated community felt very safe, and access to a golf cart was ideal and one of my kids' favorite part of our stay (even if it did ride like a lawn mower). The complex has a pool, hot tub, standard gym with locker rooms/sauna (great gym views), small rocky beach where you can swim, and a playground. This unit required walking MANY many many steps to get to so just be warned if you have small kids or elderly. But once in the unit, again, the views were worth it. The condo itself was good. Nice sized kitchen and bathroom. Zero closets or dressers in the 2 small bedrooms so don't plan to unpack your suitcase.

Great birthday family trip!

The property was wonderful - clean, comfy beds, all kitchen utensils you could need, etc. The view is out of this world. We used the pool too which was clean and the kids loved it. Having the golf cart to explore Avalon was the topping on the cake. Great stay! Highly recommend!
