An older dwelling, we are sharing space with the owners of the house, but our space is completely separated and independent. Beautiful sunrises and a lovely terrace for a large family gatherings, a clean pool. Kitchen has everything you need, but the space is somewhat limited in the living quarters for a large family. There is air conditioners in every bedroom. This place is somedistance from the center so one can hike down to the city center in 40 to 50 minutes but it’s best to have a car. I felt very welcomed and well cared for by the owners of the property.I found it really good spot to explore Menton and surrounding areas and not feel crowded or rushed. Some of our family members enjoyed staying on the property while others went exploring and the police was suited really well for that.We had a baby with us so supervision was necessary as there steep stairs and areas to tumble down however, the baby had a lovely time and particularly enjoyed saying hello to the chickens each morning and evening.Overall, we had a lovely stay

Bizarre listing, Dead rat by the pool on arrival, to the dead chicken in the pen that runs adjacent to the property during the stay. Come up the drive, to be met with a cement mixer and various building materials covered over by a tarpoulin. Apartment was bizarre, locked cupboards and gym equipment in upstairs bathroom. Their Vrbo listing was 17 mins walk from the town, whereas it was actually 50 mins walk, a 15 min drive, on a very dangerous road. Be prepared for a 12 euro Uber each way if you want a glass of wine in Menton. It is what it is, but for the price (mosquitoes aside) it does a job for a large group. The owners are very helpful, albeit they do need to update the property, which is stuck in the 70's. Once we removed the clutter outside ourselves the pool is lovely but the distance fom town/amenities means a drive or a very long walk. Be careful in rainy season as we had to clear the rockfalls from the drive to get the car down the very steep drive. As for the local roafd, only a confident driver with skill and experience can handle it, lots of sheer drops. It is very basic, the pictures don't lie as they only show enough, there is enough there for a holiday, but not recommended with children due to the sheer drops and lack of secure acces on the gates etc.

Belle terrasse avec une superbe vue sur Menton et le bord de mer. Appartement très bien équipé et confortable. Piscine très agréable. Hôtes très prévenants. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Grande maison ou il ne manque rien, avec sa piscine et la terrasse d'où l'on peut profiter d'un magnifique paysage sur la mer, dans un endroit calme à flanc de montagne.

Nette Unterkunft mit sehr lieben Gastgebern

Wir waren 2 Familien mit Kindern und einem Hund. Der Pool war natürlich für die Kids der große Renner. Er war warm und sauber. Der Hausherr hat ihn jeden Tag gereinigt und abends abgedeckt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben jeden Tag gekocht oder gegrillt. Das einzige Manko war, dass es keinen Garten zum Federball spielen etc, gab. Auch mit dem Hund war es schwierig zu laufen, da es keine Grünflächen gab und wir deshalb immer an den schmalen Straßen mit ihm Laufen mussten . Abschließend trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub.

Superbe séjour

Magnifique villa au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville. Vue exceptionnelle mer et montagne. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles.

Très bonnes vacances et de bons souvenirs

Séjour très agréable ; belle location où nous avions bénéficié d'une terrasse très spacieuse ainsi que d'une magnifique piscine . Les propriétaires sont restés très discrets tout en étant à notre écoute tout au long du séjour. Un bémol tout de même ; la route très étroite et sinueuse ( voire dangereuse ) à emprunter. Mails le très beau temps nous a fait oublier ce détail. Une location à conseiller C'est avec plaisir que nous y retournerions éventuellement.

Virée lors d un gp

Nous avons réserve la villa pour notre virée lors du grand prix de Monaco. Préparatif et accueil parfait. Maison très spacieuse et confortable pour un groupe de 10. Propre et d accès facile, encore un grand merci aux propriétaires. ( vivement 2013 !! )

Superbe villa sur les dessus de Menton

Très bon week-end à Menton avec prix défiant toute concurrence. Séjour parfait, très bon accueil, villa dans un état impeccable.Tout confort. L'apéro sur la terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Menton reste mémorable. Idéal pour une ou deux famille. Encore merci pour ce superbe week-end.

excellent séjour dans un cadre agréable

Accueil parfait des propriétaires qui restent disponibles à tout instant. Maison confortable qui correspond parfaitement à l'annonce Superbe cadre avec vue sur la mer depuis la chambre du haut, le grand calme pour un séjour reposant. Seul petit reproche: le chemin d'accès n'est guère commode (très étroit et nombreux virages)

séjour mémorable à la Dolce Vita

Partie d'une villa ("La Dolce Vita" qui porte bien son nom!) très confortable,très propre, au calme dans les oliviers, avec une vue magnifique et une vraie piscine sécurisée. Tout contribue à ce que le séjour soit réussi : repos et activités à disposition (parties de ping-pong mémorables, baignades), gentillesse des propriétaires discrets et "aux petits soins" pour que toutes les conditions soient réunies pour un séjour 4 étoiles ! encore un grand merci aux ORSINI !

Nous avons tous apprécié de notre séjour chez M. et Mme Orsini, la villa est parfaite, au calme, une vue magnifique, la piscine au top, toujours un endroit à l'ombre pour une bonne sieste, des partie de ping pong à n'en plus finir ! bref que du bien et nous y retournerons !
