SENIOR WEEKS/WEEKENDS IN JUNE - HURRY! - Please come and enjoy our large, four bedroom condominium, conveniently located just 150 feet from the beach and Wildwood Boardwalk You can park your car in the garage and never need it again. Just roll out of bed in the morning, jump into your bathing suit, pack a cooler, and stroll on up to our great free beach. What is not to love?!

Our master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen also. Our third bedroom has a queen and a twin. The fourth bedroom has a full and a twin. We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room that opens to a queen-size bed. There are Flat Screen TV/DVD's in all of our bedrooms as well as the Living Room along with a stereo for your listening pleasure.

You'll get to enjoy Wildwood's Friday night fireworks display from our large deck with complete table and chairs. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower for your convenience so you can wash off the sand from your wonderful days at the beach. We keep a basket filled with brochures, menus, and activities that go on in the area.

Best Place in Wildwood!

Our family enjoyed our week of vacation at this immaculate, 4 bedroom condo, 1 block from the beach. One of the nicest places we've ever stayed! This location made it easy to enjoy all that Wildwood has to offer.

Best family vacation ever.

We rented this unit for the 4th of July week, owners allowed us to bring our dog children grand kids etc we had a great time, it is the perfect location, in terrific condition, all the amenities you could ask for and accommodating owners and agent. Just Perfect in all ways, we rebooked before we left at the end of the week.

This house was perfect, the location of it really worked to our advantage. it was steps to the beach and boardwalk and it was in walking distance to stores. The house was in great condition and was very roomy and made everyone feel at home!

Summer vaca

Pros: The property was nice, spacious, clean , convenient & in a great location. Cons: , only one, Our family wasn't aware that the owners were staying under us while were renting for the week, and with nine of us, including two children and two dogs often worried about making too much noise.

Great location, beautiful and clean

Location of house was perfect. When I first arrived I thought being so close to the boardwalk would be noisy- this is NOT the case. Never heard a thing :-) House was very clean and everything was new. New TV's, new furniture, new grill. Enough room to sleep 8. Our children (12 & 15) had a great time and are asking when we are going back. Best part of the stay..the National Anthem is played everyday at 11am . Everyone on the boardwalk, and many who can hear it on the beach, stop and turns to a flag. It was amazing to see such patriotism. Hope to head back next year!

Daughter's Prom Weekend

I must give John and his property a 5+ star review. My daughter and 9 of her friends rented one of his units for their prom weekend and had a great time. For me, the process could have been an absolute nightmare, but John and his wife made me feel comfortable right from the start. My daughter and I went to check out the property in January and it was actually nicer than I expected, very clean. He gave me a great sense of comfort, letting me know that he would be in town all weekend if they needed anything. He also gave them some "insider" tips that I am sure helped them through the weekend. Thank you, John, for being so accommodating and trustworthy. I will keep your properties in mind for my own vacations!

Cindy, Your daughter Sarah and her friends treated the condo with the utmost respect. They were respectful of the neighborhood and condo. My wife and I had nothing to do when the group left. They asked questions when they arrived and respected our wishes. I surely hope they had an excellent time and would recommend us to there next graduating class..Thank you, John and Kathy

Large, clean unit in a great location!

We had a wonderful first visit to Wildwood. The unit A was fantastic, I didn't move my car the entire week. Walking distance to good restaurants, tons of activities for the kids. The kitchen is fully stocked, very clean and I am looking forward to our stay next year!

Highly recommend

Fantastic vacation local. Want to thank John& Kathy for the use of their beautiful condo. Awesome location. Less than 1 block from the boardwalk & beach. Kids loved being close to everything. Condo was very spacious & clean. Had everything you could want for a vacation stay. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent place to stay!

Everything about the place was awesome! My husband and I were raving about it from start to finish. We stayed with our two young boys and my parents for a week. The place was immaculate, full of comfortable amenities, and the balcony was fantastic. So close to the beach and Boardwalk. We will definitely be returning!

Would Highly Recommend this Property!!

This condo was amazing....clean, spacious, one block to beach and boardwalk, kid friendly, had washer and dryer, outside shower to rinse off, great customer service from owners!!!We had small children with us, so the location was a huge factor, easy one block walk to beach. Fireworks on Friday night were easily seen from the balcony. Will return for sure!!

Great home with a great location!!

We've been renting on Pine Ave for over 5 years, we love the location. You are one block from the beach and boardwalk. This was our first time renting from John and Kathy. Their home is lovely. It is very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. You'll love relaxing on the large private covered deck. We will definitely be staying here again,

The best location in all of Wildwood!

This was our 2nd summer at Wildwood, and once again, I am so glad we had the chance to stay in this lovely home. It is a spacious, immaculate home, within walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. I think we only used a car once the whole week! I commend the Landlord's, John and Kathy, for how they make you feel right at home. We look forward to our time here in 2017!

Dream Vacation...Don't Hesitate!

We were first time renters this summer and I can't say enough about the wonderful family vacation we shared! The owners and property manager were always helpful to answer any question and offer great advice on restaurants and attractions that made our stay even better! This location is perfect! The fireworks go off right on the beach at Pine Avenue...we grabbed our blankets and walked a block to the beach. It was so convenient to be near the boardwalk without having to drive! We were so close but were never bothered by noise. The home was immaculate and spacious and we really would highly recommend this property for your stay in Wildwood. Very,very nice experience in every way. Thank you!

We have been staying here for several years. The owners are great to work with and very helpful. We only had one issue and it was a missing remote for the TV. They brought us a new remote before the night was over. We feel like this is our home away from home. Can't wait to return next year.

Family Vacation

Well this was our third year staying at 325 B Pine Ave, Wildwood. And we will be returning in 2017. The apartment was very cliean, modern and spacious which is needed when you have little ones running around. Everything worked properly and no calls to the landlord were needed. Fabulous location for a family with various ages short walk to boardwalk so easy to bring children back to condo for naps and when tired. Our family likes it so much we are expanding next year and renting both floors- fun time. Thanks John and Kathy.

Senior week

Great start to the summer/ senior week!

11 of my friends and I rented this condo to celebrate our graduation from high school, aka senior week. We were definitely one of the only senior week groups that I knew of to actually have a NICE and CLEAN house! The condo was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and fit the 12 of us very comfortably; with the boardwalk a few houses away! The house is conveniently located by a middle part of the boardwalk so we had easy access to both ends. John, the landlord, was very easy to communicate with and very easy to get ahold of. John even called to check in on us after a large storm blew through! You could definitely tell he wanted us to have a good week and cared about how we were doing. Overall, John was super nice, reasonable, and funny, the condo was perfect for us, the house was so close to the beach, and we all had a great time! I would definitely recommend this house to groups like ours! Thanks John!

Prom weekend!

My group of friends and I rented this unit for our prom weekend. John was a super friendly landlord who was willing to work with my group and I. The house is located at an extremely convient location being it is just one block from the boardwalk. The unit was very clean when we arrived and it was spacious enough to comfortably fit my 12 friends and I. John was just a few houses down from ours and was available to answer any questions we had during our stay. He was very helpful and understanding prior and during our stay. My group and I definitely enjoyed our stay here and would for sure contact John again for future bookings. Thanks so much, John!

Best way to start the summer!

My friends and I rented this place to kick off our summer for memorial day weekend. The condo was much bigger than we had expected and is in the most perfect location. Each morning we were able to walk less than a block to get dunkin donuts on the boardwalk and head right onto the beach. The condo was in great condition and comfortably fit me and 12 friends! The owner, John, was a great guy to work with. He was a very personable and likable man and was there at any moment we needed to get a hold of him. It was a great start to summer 2016, thank you John!

Everything was perfect!

This was our first time renting a condo, we usually stay in hotels. It was a great experience. The location was perfect, the condo was clean and roomy. John was great, very helpful, being our first condo rental we forgot some things. John made sure we had everything we needed. Hoping to return again next summer!😀

Already booked for next year!

This was our third year staying here and we are already booked for next year. We love the location and comfort. Our favorite part of the house is the covered deck. We always stay on the 3rd floor and very few units around us have the covered deck on the 3rd floor. We love to have every meal on the deck and the kids love to watch the Ferris wheel from the deck. It is close to the boardwalk and is located on a quiet street. It is always clean and affordable. The landlord is great to work with.

LOVED IT!!!

One of our best vacations ever!.....very spacious, excellent location, clean. National Anthem & God Bless America is played on the boardwalk every morning at 11 am & you can hear crystal clear...Our favorite part of the house was the full front deck that goes side to side, very peaceful with morning coffee, catching up on reading & enjoying family with a nice view of the beach!!!

Glad you thought so much of our condos. Your dogs were beautiful. After your stay, had I not known there were dogs there, you left no indication. The condom was returned to its original shape. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you again sometime in the future

Loved Our Stay

Great location, close to beach and boardwalk. Very spacious. Plenty of space for our family of 9 people and our dog. Ample parking for three cars. Well furnished with fully equipped kitchen and other wonderful amenities such as washer & dryer, fully loaded beach cart, gas grill. Would highly recommend this condo.

Best Family Vacation

This was the 2nd year my family rented this unit and we have every intention of returning next year. The unit is spacious, clean, walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and has everything on my checklist needed for a perfect getaway with my family not to mention the owners are lovely.
