Come experience PARADISE in this beautiful, NON-SMOKING, peek-a-boo ocean view, end unit on the third floor (with elevator) that offers extra privacy. This clean and spacious, 1089 square foot, remodeled/updated two bedroom, two bath, two lanai unit is located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach III, named one of the BEST beaches on Maui and known for good snorkeling, great body surfing, and beautiful sunsets.

This unique floor plan offers two bedrooms all on one level. Our spacious Master Bedroom has a California King Size Bed with a vaulted ceiling, wall mounted smart TV and has its own private lanai.
Our second bedroom has two extra long twin beds, it's own wall mounted flat screen TV along with a private full size bathroom attached. This unique floor plan offers you a desk/office nook area located in Building #8. Updated ceramic tile bathrooms and flooring, renovated fully updated kitchen and living room area.

Enjoy the tropical trade winds as you relax with your morning Kona Coffee on either lanai. The dining/living area offers you a smart TV/Cable. The dining/living is spacious and offers a deluxe queen-size sleeper sofa.
Along with a split air-conditioning system (3 zones) installed March 2022, our condo offers ceiling fans and floor fans in each bedroom, washer, dryer, and a computer desk for your laptop.

The property is conveniently located in SUNNY southwest Kihei, just eight miles from the Kahului Airport. The complex has four tennis courts, a beautifully landscaped pool area which includes a separate pool for small children, two Jacuzzi's, gas barbecue grills, and picnic areas.

Located just minutes away from world class golf courses at Makena and Wailea, as well as shopping at the elegant Shops of Wailea. You are near the Maui Ocean Center, the largest aquarium in the northern hemisphere and a 35 minute drive to the Lahaina, Kaanapali area.

A lovely condo

We loved the location and ease of beach access. It was amazing to just walk 5 minutes to the beach to see the amazing sunsets. Having beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas available in the condo was a nice touch. Truly a gem.

Relaxing getaway

Spacious and comfortable stay with all the kitchenware to eat-in/cook. Enjoyed making use of the beach gear in the day and board games in the night with the family. The location next to the beach was fantastic.

Perfect!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. Nicely appointed and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of cookware and beach accessories. Very quiet and convenient to beaches, restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend!

Long awaited trip to Maui

Our family had a great time in Maui. The condo was perfect! The complex is right across the street from the beach! This unit is at the back of the complex so it was quiet and private. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. Comfy beds, soft towels, plenty of fans for airflow, plus lots of extra items for fun at the beach. Only thing missing was a perfect ocean view. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy beach access

Very convenient and safe, easy beach access, well-appointed with beach stuff, responsive owners, note there is a fee at check-in that we didn’t expect ($41.67), great to have separate beds for the kids, in walking distance of Kihei stores and restaurants. Had an awesome time here!

Beautiful Place

This property was quite and guest were friendly. Employees were very helpful, respectful and always working on something. Wish I had been able to explore the area more but didn't have the time.

Great vacation condo for families

Located on the beautiful property of Kamaole Sands and just a short walk across the street to the beach, that has a lifeguard. It is quiet and peaceful during sleeping hours. Ample space for a family of 5. It has everything that you need to take to the beach. It was a great stay.

Amazing location

Great location, quiet community and a short car ride to the various adventures of the island. The unit itself is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is very well stocked of the essentials. The beds are very comfortable and the A/C is efficient. Thank you so much for letting us stay here!

Highly recommend!

We loved staying here! Very clean, well-equipped with boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrellas, beach chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved having two decks. Beds were comfy. The condo was spacious. The only downside, which is minimal: the towels needed to be washed after 1-3 uses, they quickly smelled of mildew.

Great condo and location

Rich and Sharon's condo is updated, clean, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay in Kihei. The location is very good - right across from Kamaole III and the Kihei boat ramp is a couple blocks down. Less congestion than further north in Kihei where a lot of the restaurants are. Beach gear for use is a huge plus - they have snorkel gear, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and even sand toys. The beds are comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place

Nice resort. Big spacious condo. All the kitchen utensils you need. We BBQ’d a lot, and the grates were always clean. 2 minute walk to Kam 3 beach with a sandy entrance for great snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach. Always an awesome sunset.

The grounds of Kamaole Sands is absolutely gorgeous, very well maintained. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly! The condo itself was well equipped and suited our family of 5 perfect! The owners were very easy to work with and responded to us in a timely manner when we reached out with questions before our arrival. Thanks again, we will be back!!

The Kamaole Sands Resort is a well cared for and managed resort in southern Kihei. We are very close to the Wailea area of Maui, which has many beautiful golf courses, dining and shopping areas. The Kamaole Beaches, I, II and III are all wonderful beaches staffed with county Lifeguards which offer a safe area for families to enjoy the ocean. The nearby beaches in the Wailea and Makena area are also beautiful beaches to enjoy.

In addition to beautiful grounds around the resort property. The Kamaole Sands offers its guests free Poolside Music every Wednesday from 3-5 pm at the resort's pool area. The Kamaole Sands also has a on-site concierge desk at the pool area that guests can book island activities from and learn about the many island attractions. Our condo offers Wi-Fi connection. Guests can also use on-site computers and internet service in the resorts Registration Building lobby.
