This 6th-floor Majestic Sun 612B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL, at Seascape Resort was just recently updated and showcases panoramic views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony and all common areas! This stunning condo with chic interiors offers 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large living area with magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything. This condo is perfect for a family trip to the coast or a beach getaway with friends.


Upon entering this beautiful vacation rental condo, you'll find a recently updated and fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine. A sliding glass door off the comfortable living area leads to a private balcony with full views of the beach. The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, an HDTV, and an attached bath. You will also find a twin-size rollaway bed that fits nicely in one of the bedrooms for extra guests. This condo conveniently has a washer and dryer in the unit and sleeps up to 7 guests.


At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.


*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Most convenient beach vacation we’ve had

We’ve vacationed all along the Florida coast for years. It’s good to finally find a home. From the pictures I was concerned about the road. Don’t let that deter you from this property! So easy to get from the condo to the beach! Played the golf course behind the property and had big fun! Will definitely be going back!

Great time with friends

Overall the trip was amazing. The condo was exactly as it was listed. Great views of the ocean, very clean, supplied very well to cook meals, and quiet. We would stay there again. One request to owner is to address the HVAC fan / blower. It was very loud and has an issue, but still kept the place very cool. Again, great place, minor issue in grand scheme of things.

Fun stay!

It was a great stay. Was able to get into the property early. It was easy to communicate with staff. Only comment I have is I wish they would provide more than two trash bags. We already have to bring or buy so much. Throwing an extra trash bag or two would be great. Our group needed three for the week. I had to buy a whole roll of bags because we needed one. Still a great trip and nice property.
