This is a brand new Extreme Green home certified by the National Green Builder Standard and awarded the Gold standard. The house is located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. The home is 2100 square feet with photovoltaic solar panels, geothermal heating and cooling, thermal-break construction, and a complete package of energy saving features. All windows and doors are triple pane with Integra blinds and roll screens.
Allergy suffers will find our home a haven during allergy season. The home is designed to be hypoallergenic by keeping carpets and fabric out of the home. The Lenox electronic air filter will clean the air 99.9% of any dust or pollen brought into the house.
Come and enjoy this high contemporary new home relax and enjoy. You will be amazed how quiet the home is. You will be one of the first vacationers as the home just completed in 2014. Everything is brand new. Kitchen appliances are commercial grade. You can barbeque all year round with the built in barbeque located right outside the kitchen door.
The house has three levels. The lower level has a media room with wet bar and adjacent powder bath. The bedroom has on suite bath and laundry room. The main floor is an open floor plan sharing kitchen and seating area with gas fireplace. The kitchen has state-of-the-art kitchen appliances. The main floor has its own powder bath and has an entry to the garage. The upper level is the master suite with an air-tub, heated floor, a steam shower with multiple shower heads, separate water closet and a walk-in closet that has its own laundry.
The backyard has a flagstone patio and is green zero scape.
The house has WiFi throughout the house and a surround sound system with SONOS radio that can be accessed by remote control anywhere in the house. The sound can be adjusted remotely within the house for each room or floor level.

We stayed in the house for a month while we were skiing. Martine and John did everything they could to make us comfortable and at home. They are the loveliest people to deal with.
The soft colours inside the house and the interesting and diverse art on the walls make it a soothing pleasant environment to live in. And despite being in the middle of town and opposite a tram stop it was extremely quiet. The house is very warm and upstairs receives lots of light. The master bedroom and bathroom is huge and allows you to spread out. The second bedroom is also large and roomy.
We did have a few minor issues with the central heating/ventilation being noisy downstairs -but that was fixed quickly by a serviceman who cleaned the filter.
Just a note which may affect others with large cars -the garage is quite narrow and although we could fit the Hyundai Santa Fe in the garage it was too difficult to open the doors and get out if you were a passenger.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Initial impressions from the outside of the house were deceiving. Once inside the home has a modern sophistication, providing the ultimate in comfort and cutting edge technology .I would recommend the home to anyone interested in an "Urban Oasis "stay in Salt Lake.
This is a very modern and beautiful home. The house has everything for a relaxing stay and is in an ideal location to explore Salt Lake City. The kitchen is fully equipped and the beds are very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again with my family.
If you embrace technology you will enjoy this green condo in a wonderful location in Salt Lake City. The condo is just steps away from a TRAX train depot, that will make getting around the city very convenient.

The condo was very clean and well maintained.
The only shortcoming to the property is that there is really no view of the wonderful natural surroundings of Utah from inside the condo. Once you step outside and get moving you will enjoy all that Salt Lake City has to offer visually though.
This property is in close proximity to Whole Foods Market, as well as Trader Joes. The university is very close to this property also.
If this condo is available on our next visit to Salt Lake City we will certainly try to stay here again.
The house was located in a great location. Gourmet food stores, restaurants, nite life and shopping are all very close. Everything was as promised. The house has everything to make your stay an unfortable experience. Every convenience you could want. The owners were attentive and helpful without overstepping. I would recommend this house to family and friends.
