Amazing luxury home in the heart of Park City's Historic Old Town. Walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort and on City Park! Amazing, custom-built home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 8 guests. This house is a work of art. The builder designed and lived in this custom home, which was awarded the Historic Preservation Award in 1996 and rests on two Old Town lots with plenty of room for the family. There is no better location on Park Avenue if you are looking to ski, mountain bike, walk to dining and shopping on Main Street, or watch the 4th of July parade.
This home features all new furniture, decorations, and electronics in 2013. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, 40' HD Smart TV, full private bathroom, and incredible ski slope views. This upper level has a large private deck with panoramic views of the ski slopes and Historic City Park. On the main level, you have a cozy living room with 46' HD Smart TV, plus an 8-seat table in the dining area and artistic gourmet display kitchen with stainless appliances. Down the hall, you have a full bathroom and two additional bedrooms. The back bedroom has a king bed with 32' HD Smart TV. The front bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed and a tuck-under twin bed and also features a 32” HD Smart TV. The large yard has a new 7-seat 100-jet Bullfrog hot tub, large deck, patio seating, and Weber grill in a completely enclosed yard. Security Deposit: $1000 due with last payment. Amount is fully refundable if no damage is incurred. A Credit Card Authorizing form to be filled out as a part of rental agreement in case damage fees exceed the security deposit amount.

About the owner: The Andersons have called Park City home since 2003. There’s 6 of us … Paul and Amanda, our three kids Nathaniel, Libby, and Ben, and our doggie El Capitan. We do our best to enjoy everything PC has to offer. Our kids are growing up skiing all Winter and are getting into the team aspects of ski racing as they mature. When Summer rolls around, we mountain bike and hike as a family. But we also love to get out of town with our favorite destination being the beaches of Orange County, CA. We make the pilgrimage down several times a year with our Airstream in tow. We pack a mix of camping stuff, bikes, sand toys, and paddle boards and get out of the mountains for awhile. We’re just like any other family with a hectic schedule, school, sports, work, friends, and fun. Family and an adventurous lifestyle are the most important things to us. Come out and play in Park City and maybe we’ll see you on the slopes or the trails!
Why the Owner Chose Park City, UT, USA:
We moved from Southern California to Park City and fell in love with this one-of-a-kind home. We wanted to be right in the heart of Old Town so that we could walk to everything. Our first Winter we couldn’t believe how convenient it was to go skiing for even an hour or two if we wanted. We would snowshoe after work by walking out our front door and up to PCMR. Summer rolled around and we were hooked on the PC lifestyle. Concerts in the Park, 350 miles of single-track mountain biking from our driveway, and gallery strolls on Main Street followed by world-class dining kept us in this house for 10 years. In our effort to give you the same experience, we completely refurnished our home in 2013/2014. We didn’t spare any cost on the high-end, unique items that complement the architectural detail of the home. We also installed a new, large, Bullfrog hot-tub. Stay at our cool Park Ave home any season of the year and find out why we love Park City so much.

This home is unique for Old Town Park City. It sits just below Park City Mountain Resort and is a quick 5 minute walk to the lifts or a short bus ride to resort center. The house is situated just inside City Park along Park Avenue where you can access walking and biking trails that will take you to Main Street, grocery stores, coffee shops, and even a great gym with a pool. Don't forget the playground just out the back door as well as volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. As far as location goes it doesn't get any better.
