This Pristine unit at the South Seas is a gated community surrounded by beautiful palm trees and lush landscaping. Accommodations include Private HI Speed Fiber Optic WI-FI, a Newer King-size bed in Master with a 32' wall mounted High Definition flat screen TV and Newer furniture. Two Newer double beds (that can be pushed together to make King Bed) in private second bedroom suite with 32' wall mounted flat screen TV and New furniture. New queen sized sleeper sofa in living room with 55' wall mounted High Definition flat screen TV with DVD Player, Brand New Furniture, New Trim, Crown molding and tiled floors throughout. Kitchen has NEW granite counters with breakfast bar, 3 bar stools, NEW SS Appliances, New cooking utensils and complete furnishings including coffee maker, toaster and blender. Both bathrooms have New granite, tile, mirrors, towels and Hair Dryers.

We include 4 Beach Chairs, 6 Beach Towels, a Beach Cooler, Umbrella and Beach Buggy to cart these items to the Pool or Beach.

Enjoy the amenities this condo and complex feature including local phone service, heated pool, tennis courts, Pickle Ball, boche ball, shuffleboard, Great exercise room, under cover parking and laundry facilities. Boat docks are also available at an additional fee.

This unit faces Tiger Tail Beach the Nature Preserve, Wildlife area and Lagoon offering many viewing opportunities watching birds, fish, boats and people. It does NOT face any other buildings so you overlook the gulf and greenery of the reserve. It is peaceful and serine. It also faces North West so you can sit and enjoy the views from the balcony and Gulf breezes throughout the day. Its a great place to read a good book, or relax in the shade throughout most of the day without being blasted by the sun. It has a Great beach and pool for the sun.

It is relaxing and more private to sit on the balcony and NOT have hundreds of people looking at us from other condos. We LOVE this about the condo.

This is a Beautiful, well kept gated community and if you do not belong here you will not get past the guarded entrance.

Fantastic Views and "Near-private" Beach!!

We stayed at the South Seas Tower 4 condo the week of July 4th. The condo is immaculate and the area was beautiful. We prefer less hustle and bustle while on vacation and Marco Island is the spot for true relaxation! Ron is a fantastic host and the role model in our minds for what a rental property owner should do to welcome their guests. The beach is wide and long and near-private even for a holiday week. Agreed it is a short hike to get there however you are rewarded instantly with beautiful views, wide open beaches and the opportunity to stretch out which is difficult anywhere in Florida.

Swimming, boating, fishing, everglades, and more right at your fingertips in Marco Island. The area has many restaurant options, shopping and grocery are close at hand. The condo is fully equipped and modernized so you could easily stay on property for your entire stay. The neighboring Tiger-tail beach area is beautiful and offers many recreation options adjacent to the towers, and all without the crowds.

Highly recommend Marco Island and especially this condo. Thanks Ron for sharing your property and for all the hospitality and extras - if you are staying in Marco - you want to stay here!

Our stay was outstanding!

Our vacation was wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about this unit and our experience with the owner. He communicated with us prior to our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit is beautiful and had everything we needed. The furnishings and finishes have all been updated. The unit has beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and beach carts. The view is beautiful and overlooks the water. It's so quiet and peaceful. Our family had an incredible week relaxing, playing and reconnecting.

Wonderful Week at Marco Island visiting with Family ,shelling and fishing.

This was our first visit to the Island. The owner from day one communicated details of the property. For example , he had a list of recommendations for restaurants, where to find the best shells and how to maneuver around the island. I would rent from him again because of how informative and quick to respond he was to any of my questions or emails. The unit was very Clean and equipped with beach items (chairs,cart,towels) as well as an equipped kitchen (new appliances,and plenty of pots,pans,cooking utensils.) The views from the balcony were the best....the sunsets were beautiful.I would recommend this unit to anyone who enjoys peace and tranquility, beautiful views of nature and a clean, comfortable condo.

Fantastic Sunset Views

We had a great time on Marco thanks to this great condo. It was very clean and well-appointed with everything we needed for the week, including beach chairs, beach towels, etc. The balcony view is beautiful and faces west, so we were able to enjoy the sunsets every evening. The location is an easy walk to the beach and is also close to Tigertail Beach Rentals, where you can rent kayaks or paddle boards to explore the lagoon. It is also walking distance to some of the good restaurants Marco has to offer. Ron was extremely responsive and a great VRBO host. We picked up some trash bags for the condo, no big deal, and he called and had arranged a gift certificate at a local restaurant for us. He didn't have to do that, but it just shows what a conscientious owner he is and how much he cares about making sure that everyone has a positive experience at his beautiful property. Thanks for a great vacation in a fantastic place!

A Total WOW!

We were wowed by this property, starting with the STUNNING VIEWS overlooking Tigertail beach. The unit had been renovated in an upscale coastal style that could be on the cover of a design magazine. Both the unit and the common spaces were VERY CLEAN. If that wasn't enough, the owner attends to the smaller details that makes your experience perfect - a fully stocked kitchen, everything you need for a day at the beach (including toys the the kids!), and all the consumables for the kitchen and bathroom. The owner communicated often with us before and during our stay - he clearly cares that each guest has the best vacation possible!
