This beautiful beachside home is a perfect get away for friends and family. It has lush grounds with a tropical palapa. The GROUND LEVEl 3/2 plus Casita 1/1 addition also offers a beach entry pool, full pool bathroom, outdoor shower and two private patios. This Hacienda is situated on a spacious 3 lots with playground compete with swing set, trampoline, sandbox and lots of running area for kids. Side walks for chalking.
The beach access is at the end of the road, a short 3-5 min walk. You cross a two lane road that is traveled slowly.


The adjacent Casita has a King bed, bath, kitchenette, large private patio. Steps from the pool and perfect for two. Can be RENTED SEPARATE for the extra guests depending on the season. Property sleeps up to 12 guest with this addition. Rental rate is subject to increased charge and range from $110-175 depending on the season.
The property also has a full size pool bathroom with walk in shower.

Owner may occupy the upstairs on occasion. Only the upstairs, the grounds are not shared.Separate entrances for all of the structures.

This site only collects 6% of the 17% tax. We will send payment request for the 11% based on total nightly rate. It will state Administrative fee as there is no option listed for taxes. We appreciate this taken care of if possible before your stay. Thank you.

We had an amazing time staying here. The property was great for our big family. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor areas as well. This home was the 12th home built on the island and has wonderful character and lush grounds. We are one of very few properties that are situated on almost 3 lots. Space galore is a wonderful benefit.
