Home away from home

We absolutely love staying here, this has been our fourth year! We love the location of this condo next to the pool. The condo is very roomy and comfortable. Martha is very responsive and helpful. We will be back next year!

Amazing unit

This unit was exactly as represented. It was impeccably clean, had everything we needed, and the location and view were the stars of the show. Just a few steps into the unit, and a few more to the pool. The panoramic view was spectacular. Security is top notch, and I loved that. I can't wait to stay again. This is my new go-to spot. LOVED IT!!

This is the 3rd time we've stayed here and it didn't disappoint. The condo has one of the best views on the lake. The beds are comfortable. Everything works as it should from the coffee pot to the washer and dryer. Pool is close making it convenient on the hot days.

The condo is great. Exactly as listed. The view is amazing. You can see miles of the main channel. Beds are comfortable and everything works as it should, from the coffee pot to the TV. Just a very nice place to spend a long weekend. Owners are great - very easy to work with.

Lake of the Ozarks slice of heaven

We had an incredible stay at this Magnificent condo. The location was so perfect for us. We were able to go out on the lake and visit nearby bars and restaurants so easily because it is situated on the main channel. Martha was incredibly responsive to my questions which helped me plan my trip. The pool on the property is lovely and could not be any better located for this unit. The unit is very well equipped and even has some floaties. The view and the time spent on the screened in balcony/porch was a highlight! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location

Went for a long weekend with my husband and 3 college aged children. The location of condo is great. Right on water with excellent views. The pool area is large, very clean and well maintained. Also right at the bottom of stairs from condo. Very convenient. We also used the tennis courts to play pickleball which are lined for pickle too. The host was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. My only sort of complaint is that the condo could use a little updating. Overall the place was great and would stay there again.

Amazing view!

The condo was very easy to find and in a nice location with only a short drive to many nice places for dining out. It was very roomy with plenty of room for a family. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching all the boats go by. However, the condo could have been much cleaner. We believe that there had been nobody there to clean it after the previous guests. There was a lot of dust on all surfaces and we found multiple objects on the floor that made it appear it had not been swept or vacuumed. The bathrooms were not particularly clean and the used bed linens from the previous guests were on the laundry room floor. There was no laundry detergent so I had to go purchase some in order to wash them and make the bed. I hope this was a case of miscommunication or an oversight as we enjoyed our stay otherwise and would consider staying again if this was just a one time occurrence.

Beautiful view of the main channel!

(We stayed the weekend and following week of labor day) The view of the main channel from the deck is amazing with lots of boat traffic on that weekend. (You can see Bagnal Damn from the boat docks, at night its beautifully lit up.) The pool is large, well kept and is a perfect 84° (as maintenance told us). There are lots of steps to get to the pool from our 3rd floor condo. So if you have a problem doing stairs, this isn't for you. The washer/ dryer in the condo is wonderful. It is a smaller condo. 3 bedrooms but the living room/dining area is small but perfect for the 2 of us. You can hear every footstep the people upstairs makes, but we weren't in the condo enough to let that bother us. The manager was great to deal with. We received answers to our questions quickly. Our only suggestions for the owners would be to have someone do a thorough cleaning of the condo... fix the sliding door in the bedroom off of the deck that doesn't slide unless you pick up the door and force it open & closed... the sliding shower door in one of the bathrooms doesn't side well at all either. Also, the cobwebs really needs to be cleaned in the bedroom off of the deck and that bedroom has a ceiling fan that doesn't work well and really needs cleaning badly. Also the sofa is REALLY broken down and not comfortable AT ALL. But all that said, the area is wonderful with plenty of food options not far away and we would stay here again for sure.

Ozarks Weekend Getaway

This condo is on a corner of the building which allows for an amazing view. Parking is right by the front door, and the pool is just a couple flights of stairs down. The location is a short drive to the strip where all the bars and restaurants are. Our group was three adults, but there are plenty of games and videos for the kids to play for families. There are tennis rackets and balls in the condo and the tennis court is very nice and is lined for pickleball too. The host was very nice to work with, and we will visit again for sure!

Stunning!

There were 4 50+ years olds on our yearly reunion. This year we chose the Lake and this was absolutely perfect. It wasn’t too loud and the view is stunning.

Great views

Stunning views. If you are looking to sit on the deck and watch lake traffic and outstanding sunsets this is the place for you! Well stocked and clean. The only downside was that they ask that you wash, dry and put away all towels before you leave. Most places just ask you start the washer. We ended up just leaving the night before instead of trying to do a load of laundry while trying to pack up and leave. Make sure you plan for that. Otherwise an awesome stay!

Definitely will return!

The view is absolutely stunning. We spent a lot of time on the deck! We came for a quiet vacation and got exactly that. The "stomper" upstairs was not a big deal to us and you could only hear him sometimes. Never heard any other intrusive sounds during our stay. Our kids (4 under 10) had a blast here. There are 3 bedrooms. Two have a connecting bathroom (one is on the other side of the main bath, other is the master bedroom). The smaller rooms face the parking lot, but the master faces the lake and it is amazing. All bedrooms have a flat screen Roku TV. We connected gaming systems to each TV in interest of keeping the kids quiet, but never really had much chance to use them. We spent a LOT of time at the pool - for cautious kids who cannot swim there is a wide expanse of steps they can sit on and get comfortable. The pool is only 5 feet in the middle. Lake views. And we just walked down the stairs to reach it! For parents of older kids who can be unsupervised you can watch your kids from the deck or windows. On our first day the pool was packed and busy, but the other 4 days it was fairly quiet except the adults who like to just stand in the water around the edges. None of them minded the antics of our children. There is a storage room off the deck with some pool noodles, floaties and toys etc. We loved the location. We were not too far from the Bagnell dam for food, and while we preferred not to make the drive down to Osage Beach proper for the Walmart and other stores, it was not far - we were just lazy. We kept in communication via text. You can tell she truly cares about her renters and their experience. This was our first VRBO experience and we are thrilled. The place is a little dusty and we did a little extra cleaning of our own. Not a deal breaker. They have a ton of towels. Their appliances are QUIET and unobtrusive. The laundry room was convenient and we did a LOT of laundry there.
