Rental includes 1 assigned parking space at stairwell to condo with additional parking near unit. 12' x 32' boat dock slip (no hoist) and waverunner slip (with hoist) located directly in front of building at no extra charge. A boat ramp is located less than a mile (.7) from the complex. Point Randall Gas Dock is located directly across the lake. A "wave break" was installed to protect all docks and watercraft. On-site (unsecured) trailer parking is available for $10.00 per day charged by condo association. Master BR facing The Lake features a King bed with lakefront deck access, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, 44" flat-screen Roku TV, and private bath with walk-in shower. You will wake up to an Incredible VIEW for miles down The Lake. BR2 features a Queen bed, ceiling fan, and 42" flat-screen Roku TV with access to 2nd Bath with walk-in shower. BR3 features Twin beds, ceiling fan, and 42" flat-screen Roku TV. Large family room with 55" Samsung TV and new electric fireplace with stone from floor to ceiling. Family Room adjoins a spacious dining area for gathering, eating, and enjoying the FABULOUS LAKE VIEW. Kitchen is FULLY EQUIPPED with Fiesta Ware dishes, utensils, pots, pans, Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee maker, bean grinder, blender, air fryer, paper products, etc. Lakeside deck is fully-screened with a ceramic tile floor and ceiling fan. It has furniture that seats 6 comfortably and has its own acrylic dishware, a Roku TV, Visio soundbar, and beverage refrigerator. Gas grill is located on Front Deck. Designated “Smoking Area” with bistro chairs and table located on Front Deck. Stocked Laundry Room with a full-sized washer and dryer is located off the Kitchen. The larger of the 2 swimming pools is "heated" and is located next to this condo building (a 2-minute or less walk) with plenty of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, shady areas, and restrooms. Clubhouse contains vending machines, an exercise room with new equipment, and a reading room. Tennis courts, pickleball courts, walking trail, Lakeside promenade, and play area for kids located in complex within easy walking distance. Fishing is permitted off Lakeside promenade and boat docks. No swimming from docks though. PACK YOUR CLOTHES ONLY BECAUSE EVERYTHING ELSE IS INCLUDED!!!
