Overall great place to stay and spend time in Maui, lots of space and good view of the ocean and mountain. Pools and beach area was beautiful great sunset moments. Beach chairs and a cooler were available and that helped a lot.

We have stayed at the Honua Kai multiple times and it is always hard to leave. This unit is nice for the price, but the sofa bed only comfortably fits one person so we bought a blow up mattress for the 4th person in the unit.

I love the Honua Kai

The honua kai is great for families. It has everything, the lazy pool, slide, cave, adult pool and dukes. The property is also on the beach.

Stayed at this property and was overall very happy with the location, accommodations, and cleanliness. Perfect size for a family of 4. Enjoyed the pools, water slides, Duke’s restaurant and beach. Perfect place for a couple

This unit was clean and very cozy. We felt very much at home. We had a great time at Honua Kai and we could walk to the grocery store and ABC store. The property also has a convenient store on site as well as Dukes. Nice place
