1700 Sq Ft, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Cottage On Secluded 6 Acre Lot
This 6 acre, secluded waterfront property has views both of the Olympic Mountain Range and the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Being on the high bluff one can see Victoria on Vancouver Island, Mount Baker, and the Dungeness Lighthouse at the same time. The house can comfortably sleep 6 people, but we have had upwards of 10 on air mattresses in the living room and the sun room. There is a charcoal Grill, cruising bikes, 5 foot fire pit, and multiple games and books to keep even the most precocious teenager occupied. The beach is not accessible (trust me, I tried it, but it did not work out well) but the views more than makeup for it. Eagles, deer, elk, crows, sea otters, sea lions, whales, dolphins are your closest neighbors. You have human neighbors on one side of the property (about 300 feet away) with untended forest on the other.

About Scott and Ginger Wierzbanowski
Scott and Ginger are USAF veterans. Ginger wanted to put her roots back in the Pacific Northwest so we bought this house to be our home away from home. We have traveled the world over our careers and have not found a more beautiful location than the Olympic Peninsula.
Scott and Ginger Wierzbanowski purchased this House in 2013
Why Scott and Ginger Wierzbanowski chose Port Angeles
We fell in love with this property on the first day we drove by it. The 6 acre plot of land is divided into 4 sections. From Finn Hall Road, you see the makings of a forested garden on the right and a single dirt road guiding you through the grass field to what we call Fable Haven (read the book). Fable Haven is a dividing patch of wild forest you have to go through before you get to the house. The house is on a 1.5 acre section of the plot with gorgeous views of Victoria on Vancouver Island, Mount Baker, and the Dungeness Lighthouse.
What makes this House unique
- Best views of both the Olympic Mountain range and the Juan de Fuca Strait and in the local area. - Large semi-secluded property less than 10 minutes away from both Sequim and Port Angeles. - Charcoal Barbecue Grill - Four Cruiser bikes for the local trails - 5 foot wide fire pit overlooking the Strait

Beautiful house and property with all the amenities that make this house feel like home.
Beautiful view, comfortable house, plenty of room for 8 people. Would stay here again!
Loved the views.
Nice house, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Truly enjoyed the beautiful views. .
Relaxing views, comfortable home
We would definitely stay at this property again. The pictures don't do the property justice. It is a situated on a private lot with plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors. The home itself is well equipped with everything you might need in the kitchen as well as a nice TV in the family room and a very comfy couch. The house is showing some age (showers and older toilets), but the other amenities more than make up for those shortcomings.
Beauty and comfort on the bluff
We felt right at home in this gem. A feast for the eyes.
What a view!
Wonderful location and house! Owner acted quickly to a small plumbing issue.
Comfortable house in a great location.
The house is quite comfortable and well stocked with games, books, and wonderful art. We liked sitting outside and watching the wildlife and just enjoying the rural waterfront setting. The location was central for our day trips around the peninsula and Seattle was less than 2 hours away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Sequim is a wonderful city and we went to the farmer's market, museum, Shepard's festival, and other attractions. Port Townsend and Port Angeless were also nice to visit, as well as the Olympic National Park. The house was key for our family vacation. Thanks Scott and Ginger.
Highly recommend the Wild Animal Park….it really is a lot of fun!
