Located directly across from the beach, Dream Big offers a large private pool, heatable October through May for an extra $60/day, and an elevator, along with 12 bedrooms (each equipped with a TV) and 10 bathrooms comfortably holding anywhere from 24 to 36 guests. Originally built as a duplex, the home has been reimagined with an open main floor featuring a large living room and dining area, giving the option for both expansive common spaces for group gatherings and smaller, more intimate areas.

The lower floor is divided into 2 halves with similar accommodations on each side. Both sides include 2 King bedrooms, for a total of 4. 2 of these bedrooms face south toward the beach and include a Twin daybed and Twin trundle, adjacent hall bathrooms, and direct porch access. The 2 north-facing bedrooms, one with a Twin daybed, feature attached bathrooms and easy access to the pool via the porch. 2 family rooms add extra space for gathering, and 2 laundry rooms provide everyday convenience.

The middle floor serves as the home's main living area, centered on an expansive living and dining space. A 2-part kitchen supports it, featuring 4 dishwashers, 2 ice makers, 2 full refrigerators, 2 ovens, and drip and Keurig coffee makers, giving the fully stocked kitchen everything needed for multitasking and preparing large meals for the whole group. This level also has 2 King bedrooms with a bathroom, one with a daybed, each with direct porch access overlooking the pool.

The top floor splits into 2 halves connected by a central hallway and holds the remaining 6 bedrooms. 2 King bedrooms, one with a daybed, overlook the pool with porch access and private bathrooms. One additional King bedroom and a Queen bedroom, each with a daybed and trundle, offer direct access to a private beach-view porch and they share bathrooms. The remaining Queen bedrooms share bathrooms with the beachfront rooms. 2 more laundry rooms add convenience to this floor.

Outside, the large private pool is surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs and dining tables, with poolside porches nearby for relaxing in the breeze. An outdoor shower makes it simple to move between the house and pool. Underneath the house, a spacious covered gathering area offers charcoal grills, picnic tables, and bar seating for shaded dining and get-togethers. The beach itself is a 3-5 minute walk west at the 13th Street public beach access, which includes nearby parking, outdoor showers, and a public restroom. Beach essentials like sand chairs and wagons are provided for guest convenience.

Located in family-friendly West Beach, Dream Big sits 2.3 miles west of Hwy 59, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions while staying away from condos and crowds. Beach access is just minutes away down the block at 13th Street.

This property is not available for rental to groups under the age of 25 or for bachelor or bachelorette parties. College groups are permitted but please note, a faculty advisor or coach is required. The house is also Pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $290 each. For Music Festival dates, a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required to ensure the property is maintained as expected.
