Dream Big - Professionally Managed by Gulf Shores Vacation Rentals (GSVR)

It is the perfect getaway for large groups, reunions, or retreats, accommodating 24-36 guests, with a maximum of 30 adults. Located directly across from the beach, this expansive home features a private 18' x 36' pool (heatable from October to May for $60 per day) and an elevator for easy access throughout the property. Originally built as a duplex, it has been thoughtfully redesigned with an open main floor, creating a spacious living and dining area where everyone can gather comfortably.

Bedrooms & Layout
This 12-bedroom home includes 9 King suites, each with a TV. Ten bedrooms feature private balconies with views of the Gulf, pool, or Little Lagoon. The home also has 10 full bathrooms and a layout that balances large gathering spaces with private retreats.

Wonderful experience

This place is absolutely amazing - we had our college softball team there for three days and it was very spacious, clean and close to everything we needed ! Large groups this place is highly recommended.

Family Get Away

This was the perfect place for our family to spend our Fall break. Such a beautiful property! We loved the close beach, enjoyed nearby Fort Morgan, and spent a day on our e-bikes on the trails of Gulf State Park. Highly recommend!

We had a great time at Dream Big. The house is well stocked in the kitchen, pool area and beach supplies. One suggestion is to have kitchen and bathroom fixtures repaired!

The place is very spacious and beautiful. My family raved about the balconies and other amenities available. We enjoyed homecooked meals made in the the fully loaded kitchens and on the grill. Everyone had their own space for privacy but the entertainment spaces made it easy to eat and enjoy as a family.

Great stay!

Awesome property! Everything was perfect. The only complaint we had was the mosquitoes around the property. Definitely need citronella candles around the pool at night. Not sure what else can be done because of the time of year and the foliage around the property.

Great property for a large group!

We had such a great stay at Dream Big House! Beautiful and clean house. Came with a softball team and the girls loved hanging by the heated pool and in the big open living spaces too. Kitchens were well stocked with everything we needed to cook with while there. A/C was out on one side of the house when we arrived and issue was fixed and handled very quickly. Easy to get in touch with those in charge. We will definitely be returning!

Family Reunion. Dream Big

The Dream Big was wonderful for our family of 37. We had 30 sleeping at the house. Of our 30, 12 were under 12 years old. The arrangement of the house gave us room without feeling crowded. It was amazing, noise level was good, pool was excellent, beds were comfortable for all! Would highly recommend for large groups. 5 stars

Why they chose this property

We bought this bit of sand with a beachview with a dream of building a place where big extended families like ours could get everyone together. We didn't know at the time that life would lead to our living in Gulf Shores where we now manage our vacation rental homes and those of a number of our neighbors and friends.
We had our duplex When Pigs Fly which is just a few hundred feet from the lot on which we built Dream Big. We love this stretch of family-friendly West Beach where we are just a couple of miles from restaurants & shops, but in an area with just 4 rows of homes between the Gulf on the South, and Little Lagoon on the North.

What makes this property unique

Owning When Pigs Fly, and based on our own growing family which at that time was 18 (grandparents, parents, children), we knew it was hard to find a place where everyone could gather. We could have our family on one side, and the cousins on the other side. We put in the things we like or needed for our family--spaces for the kids, bedrooms that worked for parents with small children, a big pool area, grills, etc.
